The flagship company of Anadolu Group is Anadolu Efes, Biracılık ve Malt Sanayi
A.Ş. (Anadolu Efes) established in 2000. Anadolu Efes came into existence
through the merger of 5 beer, 2 malt factories, the first of which was established
in 1969. Anadolu Efes is the leader in the Turkish beer market and also runs
international beer operations through its subsidiaries. Anadolu Efes beer division
operates in 6 countries (Turkey, Russia, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Georgia, and
Ukraine) with 15 breweries producing a total beer capacity of 37.4 million
hectoliters and 6 malteries with a total malt capacity of 247,600 tons. Anadolu
Efes is Europe’s 5th largest and the world’s 10th largest brewer in terms of sales

volume, holding leading market positions in most of the countries it operates.
As of 12M13-end, Anadolu Efes generated sales volume figure of 86 mhl, with a
yoy growth of 4%, and net sales revenues of TL 9,196 mn, with a yoy growth of
3%, on a proforma basis.
Anadolu Efes is listed on Borsa Istanbul (BIST) with a market capitalization (Mcap)
of approximately USD 7.1 billion as of April 2014-end.

Soft Drinks Operations
Coca-Cola İçecek A.Ş. (CCI), which is 50.3% owned by Anadolu Efes, runs Coca-Cola
bottling operations in 10 countries (Turkey, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Pakistan,
Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Jordan, Iraq, Syria, Tajikistan) with 23 production
facilities yielding a total bottling capacity of 1,154million unit/case. CCI offers a
wide range of beverages, including sparkling beverages, juice, water, sports and
energy drinks, tea and iced teas to a consumer base close to 370 million people.
CCI is the 6th largest bottler in the Coca-Cola System in terms of sales volume.
As of 12M13-end, CCI generated sales volume figure of 1,058 mn u/c with a yoy
growth of 13% and net sales revenues of TL 5,186 mn, with a yoy growth of 17%.
CCI is listed on BIST with Mcap of approximately USD 6.0 billion as of April 2014end.
Automotive Operations
Anadolu Group has been active in the automotive sector since the begining of the
1960s. In the automotive sector, Çelik Motor imports and markets KIA branded
passenger cars and light commercial vehicles in Turkey and runs operational fleet
leasing operations with over 16,000 vehicles fleet size.
Anadolu Group is also a manufacturer in the automotive sector. Anadolu Isuzu
Otomotiv Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (Anadolu Isuzu) is one of the leading medium-size
coach manufacturing companies in Europe whose major shareholders are the
Anadolu Group ,Isuzu Motors and Itochu Co. Its main fields of operation are the
production and marketing of light duty trucks and midibuses. Since the
establishment of the company in 1984, more than 130,000 vehicles have been
manufactured in accordance with the Isuzu Motors license agreement.
Through Anadolu Motor company, Anadolu Group also produces generators,
engines, spare parts; imports and distributes Lombardini&Honda branded engines
and applications, LS, Landini, Solis branded tractors and Gallignani branded balers.

which is mainly active in commercial/corporate banking with a focus on the SME
segment. In July 2013, Anadolu Group (through various Group companies) has
completed the sale of its 70.84% total shares in Abank to Commercial Bank of
Qatar (CBQ); Anadolu Group now holds total of 25% stake in Abank.
Energy Operations
Anadolu Group is partners with Turkey-based Doğuş Holding and Turkey-based
Doğan Holding in Aslancık hydroelectric power plant in Black Sea region (120
MW), which has started production recently in March and is expected to be fully
operational in 3Q2014. Anadolu Group is also constructing a hydroelectric power
plant in Georgia (Paravani), with 85.5 MW capacity and expected to be completed
in 2014.
Other Operations
Anadolu Etap Tarım Ürünleri A.Ş., which is 33.3% owned by Anadolu Efes, has
joined Anadolu Group in 2009. The company is one of the largest investors in
organized agriculture in Turkey with around 24,000 hectares land plot and 2.5
million fruit plantations, in partnership with Brazilian Cultrale. Anadolu Etap also
manufactures fruit juice concentrate in Turkey and is currently a major fruit juice
and nectar concentrate supplier for Coca-Cola.
Anadolu Group also holds 23% share in in Polinas, a leading manufacturer in the
flexible packaging industry.

CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
Anadolu Group pays special attention on corporate social responsibility projects.
Anadolu Education and Social Assistance Foundation has created more than 50
perpetual pieces in social fields, such as education and healthcare, since its
establishment in 1979. It is also granting scholarships every year to around 850
students; a total of over 20,000 scholarships have been granted thus far.
Anadolu Medical Center (Istanbul) has exclusive affiliation with Johns Hopkins
Medicine of Baltimore, USA and has the largest and technologically most advanced
healthcare investment in the region.
Anadolu Group has made major contributions to sports as well. Established in 1976,
Anadolu Efes Sports Club was the first Turkish basketball team that brought the
European Title to Turkey and the first and only Turkish basketball team that was
qualified for final four in Euroleague.
Anadolu Group also supports arts and culture with organizations of music festivals
and sponsorship of various projects each year. In the recent years, the Group has
been also very active in supporting new tourism projects especially in eastern
regions of Turkey.
