This season we have taken our first
journey into the world of fine china with
the La Vienne Collection. Our Portuguese
factory specialises in techniques and
materials used for centuries in Limoges,
France. La Vienne takes simple shapes
combined with a soft colour palette and
small accents of metallic decoration to
update and freshen a porcelain classic. It is
the essence of elegance through simplicity.

We continue to work with our glass
artisans in Eastern Europe; the Poznan
and Trieste families of mouth blown glass
are a perfect complement. Our cutlery
has been expanded through additions
from Italy and Portugal. After our recent
success in linen, we have added new
stripes in napkins, tea towels, and for the
first time, tablecloths – all made in
Lithuania and France.
As we approach spring, we were inspired to
design more vases in various shapes and
colours, from a variety of materials. The
new Elba collection of beautiful porcelain
bodies in canvas homeTM classical range
of tertiary colours will work in any room
for any occasion. Our new Porcio vases
are hefty and beautiful mouth blown glass
made at our workshops in Mexico from
recycled glass.
We have also collaborated with our friend
Maxwell Ryan, founder of Apartment
Therapy. Maxwell has incredible taste and
it was a joy to work with him on a refined
but simple line of dinnerware. Comprised
of classic white and grey ceramics; a set of
three glasses that cover every need you’ll
ever have; and beautiful table linens from
France – this collection embodies the
essence of good design which is simple,
functional, and timeless.

The Lines dinnerware collection was
inspired by a vacation to Seville in the
South of Spain. Built on an incredible
heritage of Roman, Moorish and Castilian
cultures, the city has incredible elegance
through its simplicity. Shades of white
permeate everywhere, contrasted by the
occasional touch of blue, reflecting the
sunny skies or the Mediterranean Sea.

ordered in their pack sizes or multiples thereof. Every effort is made to ship complete orders
however we reserve the right to part ship when necessary. Items on back order will not be subject
to carriage fees. Once an order is placed customers will receive an order confirmation email. It
is the customers’ responsibility to check the order confirmation and notify canvas homeTM if
they would like to make any changes to their order prior to processing and being sent to the
warehouse for fulfillment. Failure to notify canvas homeTM of any changes prior to fulfillment
and shipping resulting in the refusal of part of the shipment or the whole of the shipment will
incur a 20% restocking fee. Special delivery instructions including access restrictions such as
dates and times or type of vehicle must be specified at the time an order is placed. Failure to
notify canvas homeTM of any restrictions resulting in the need to reschedule a delivery will incur
a surcharge. canvas homeTM does not drop ship or ship C.O.D.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. The wholesale price list applies to wholesale retail
and discretionary trade customers only. Wholesale pricing will only be honoured for customers
who apply for wholesale status including architects interior designers and companies working
within the hospitality industry. Please enquire to become a registered wholesale customer of
canvas homeTM. VAT will be charged at the prevailing rate in addition to the wholesale price.
VAT can be zero rated for customers based outside the UK if a valid VAT number is provided.
Proof of goods removal from the UK may also be required. canvas homeTM reserves the right to
charge VAT and Duty Retrospective if necessary.
Payment Terms
All orders are subject to pro-forma invoice. canvas homeTM accepts payment by BACS, bank
transfer or credit/debit card. Bank details are provided on the pro-forma invoice. For data
protection your card information is not kept on file. If paying by credit/debit card you will be
required to provide card details each time an order is placed.
Next Day Delivery
Where possible we will gladly expedite your order upon request. However next day delivery is
subject to the constraints of the warehouse, courier and the number of existing orders in the
system and maybe subject to a surcharge.
Order Cancellation and Changes
Changes to orders will only be accepted before the order has been sent to the warehouse for
fulfillment. If the order has been processed and sent to the warehouse for fulfillment order
changes will not be accepted. Order cancellations must be received in writing prior to shipment.
If the order has already been picked and packaged for shipping it will be subject to a
20% restocking fee.
International Shipping
All orders to be shipped outside the EU, Scandinavia and Switzerland will be subject to additional
courier fees. International accounts may use other freight forwarders if prior arrangements have
been made. Due to the nature of our products some items will be shipped in oversized cartons
that may result in higher freight costs.
Claims / Returns
Most canvas homeTM products are handcrafted. As such there may be slight variations in
size colour texture and/or finish. These are not considered flaws. Please examine your order
upon arrival for any discrepancies. All damages or shortages must be reported in writing with
photographic evidence to canvas homeTM within 10 days of receipt of goods otherwise no
liability will be accepted. Where applicable canvas homeTM will provide replacement goods for
damaged items only if the original packaging is retained for inspection and images of damaged
items are sent to canvas homeTM. No returns will be accepted without prior agreement with
canvas homeTM. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on returns for any reason other than
damage, manufacturer defect or manufacturer error. Returns must be received within 30 days of
date of purchase in original packaging, protected and in re-saleable condition. A credit note will
be issued for the items returned less 20% restocking fee.
E-Commerce Accounts
Ecommerce accounts must be pre-approved by canvas homeTM. Once approved ecommerce
accounts must follow the specific guidelines explained in our on-line sales policy. Please email

Retail Price & Stock
canvas homeTM does not publish RRPs (recommended retail price) although it is suggested that
goods are retailed at 2.5 x the wholesale price including VAT. Items marked with an asterisk (*)
are available only while stock lasts.
Data Protection
canvas homeTM complies with the Data Protection Act 1998 and satisfies the obligations of a
data controller by providing an adequate level of protection to any personal data provided
at all times.
