Si consiglia di seguire le suddette istruzioni per garantire la Vostra sicurezza e la longevità del vostro acquisto. 1- CONDIZIONI DI GARANZIA - difetti di vernice su ruote Silver o bianche: non oltre i 12 mesi a partire dalla data di acquisto (comprovata mediante fattura) - difetti di vernice su ruote diamantate, hyper silver, titanium: non oltre i 6 mesi dalla data di acquisto (comprovata mediante fattura) Esclusioni di garanzia: - danni causati dal trasporto e/o cattiva manutenzione - danni causati dall’inosservanza delle istruzioni d’assemblaggio ed utilizzo - danni o rotture dovuti ad un utilizzo inadeguato (competizioni, marciapiedi, buche, raccordi, cordoli ecc.) - danni causati dall’utilizzo delle catene per la neve - danni causati al momento dell’assemblaggio con i pneumatici - danni causati da modifica e/o riparazioni - danni causati dall’utilizzo di prodotti per la pulizia contenenti sostanze acide. Importante: La nostra garanzia di riparazione o di sostituzione non copre le operazioni di smontaggio; di assemblaggio; perdita di tempo; perdita di vantaggi; inconvenienti causati da immobilizza-zione del veicolo o ogni spesa attinente. 2 - CONTROLLO PRIMA DEL MONTAGGIO L’inosservanza delle istruzioni sotto esposte può mettere in pericolo la vostra sicurezza. - verificare la conformità dei cerchi con il veicolo ed il kit di assemblaggio - montare prima una ruota anteriore ed una posteriore per verificare che non ci siano problematiche sul montaggio - inserire almeno 3 viti o dadi ed avvitare a fondo, quindi fare effettuare alla ruota alcuni giri completi e controllare che non ci siano interferenze o attriti con elementi della sospensione, del sistema di frenata e con il mozzo. 3 - MONTAGGIO DEL PNEUMATICO - controllare che la dimensione del pneumatico sia compatibile con la dimensione della ruota - assicurarsi che l’apparecchiatura d’assemblaggio non danneggi lo strato di vernice della ruota - posizionare la valvola elettronica se compresa nel veicolo - applicare il lubrificante adeguato ed effettuare l’assemblaggio secondo le norme classiche. 4 - BILANCIAMENTO DELLA RUOTA - effettuare un bilanciamento statico o dinamico - attenzione alla scelta dei pesi di bilanciamento ed alla loro posizione che potrebbe danneggiare il lato estetico del cerchio 5 - MONTAGGIO DELLA RUOTA - effettuare un serraggio incrociato - il serraggio deve essere obbligatoriamente realizzato con una chiave dinamometrica (non con pistola pneumatica ma manualmente) - fare un controllo statico a pieno carico con sospensioni al massimo, per convalidare il buon comportamento e la non interferenza dei pneumatici con la carrozzeria. - effettuare un controllo di serraggio sempre dopo circa 200 Km d’utilizzo 6 - MANTENIMENTO DELLE RUOTE - pulire regolarmente con un prodotto adeguato (sapone neutro per automobile ed acqua calda o tiepida); vi sconsigliamo fortemente l’utilizzo di prodotti aggressivi (molti prodotti sono interessati da tali acidi nonostante la mancanza di chiarezza sull’etichetta) e qualsiasi tipo di polish (pasta abrasiva). - Evitare l’utilizzo di lavaggi automatici ad alta pressione, preferire sempre lavaggio manuale ideale senza utilizzo di prodotti aggressivi 7 - SUGGERIMENTI - Si consiglia di tenere sempre in auto una serie di viti di serie da usare con la ruota di scorta data in dotazione 16 Complaints must be inwriting within 8 days from delivery. Important: please note that our guarantee of repair or replacement does not cover the cost of assembly, loss of use of the vehicle or any other consequential cost which may occur. 2 - CONTROL BEFORE ASSEMBLY The non-observance of the following instructions can put in danger your safety: - verify the conformity of the wheels with the vehicle and the kit of assembly - first mount a front wheel and a posterior one in order to verify that there are no problems with the assembly - screw tight at least 3 bolts or nuts, make the wheel carry out some complete turns and control that there are no interferences or frictions with elements of the suspension, of the brake system and with centre bore. 3 - ASSEMBLY OF TIRES - check that the dimension of the tire is compatible with the dimension of the wheel and be sure that the assembly equipment does not damage the painting of the wheel. - locate the electronic valve (if any) - apply the adequate lubricant and carry out the assembly according to the classic norms 4 - BALANCE OF THE WHEEL - carry out a static or dynamic balance - pay attention to the choice of the weight of balance and to their positioning that could damage the aesthetic side of the wheel 5 - ASSEMBLY OF THE WHEEL - carry out an intercrossed tightening - the tightening must be carried out with a dynamometric key (not with pneumatic gun, but manually) - make a static control with suspensions at the maximum load in order to check the right behaviour and the non-interference of the tires with the car body - always carry out a tightening control after approximately 200 km 6 - MAINTENANCE OF THE WHEELS - clean up regularly with a correct product (neutral soap for car and warm or lukewarm water); do not use aggressive products that contain acid and whichever type of polish (abrasive paste) - do not wash the wheel in a automatic washing to high pressure; manual washing is recommended 7 - SUGGESTIONS - we suggest to keep always an extra screws- set to use with the supplied spare wheel DISTRIBUTED BY
