Trainer Tip of
the Month
When the temperatures rise, getting
enough to drink is important whether
you’re playing sports, traveling or just
sitting in the sun. For most people, water
is the best thing to drink to stay hydrated,
but foods such as fruits & vegetables are a
great source of water. Hydration isn’t just
important during physical activity. Sitting
in the sun on a hot or humid day, even if
you aren’t exercising, can also cause your
body to need more fluids.
Seasonal Beach Rentals
Members have come to appreciate the convenience of having a chair
and umbrella set-up in advance of their Lodge beach visit. Enjoy
unlimited access to a beach chair and umbrella for only $300 per
item for the seven month season (March – September). Availability
is first-come, first-served and may be limited on holidays. For more
information or reservations, please call 280-6063 or 273-9500.

Swimwear Reminder
We kindly request that members exercise good taste in their choice of swim suit
styles while in and around the Family Pool. We believe that risqué swim attire such
as thongs, T-backs or Brazilian cut suits are inappropriate in an area designated for
young children. And in respect of others, we also ask for the use of swim suit cover
ups when dining at the Oasis or lounging at the Trellis.
