Trainer Tip of
the Month
Lodge Personal Trainer Greg McDaniel
is an enthusiastic advocate of Unilateral
Training while in the Gym. He suggests
incorporating unilateral or alternate (arm/
leg) training in your workouts. It’s a great
way to identify weaker muscle groups
and help them develop symmetry. It also
activates your core and helps with
balance. Call 273-9600 to make a training
appointment with Greg or any of the other
fine Personal Trainers.
TWO
Deb will be conducting a Couple’s Fitness Class every Sunday at
4 p.m. starting March 1 in the Gym’s Aerobics Room. It’s here that
each couple will experience the personal and physical satisfaction of
working together to achieve a common goal – improved fitness.
Emphasized will be strength training, core exercises as well as
balance and flexibility. Call 273-9600 to register.
