ACRYLIC EMBEDMENT
An Acrylic Embedment is a block of clear acrylic that appears to have a
graphic element such as a logo or other physical object suspended within the
block. Acrylic is a material with a high quality appearance. The versatility of
acrylic allows it to be custom designed into a variety of shapes and sizes,
incorporating many different types of embedded elements. Al Aser can create an
acrylic embedment that will dazzle your customers with an embedded object to
match your project objectives.
LASER CUTTING
Laser cutting is a technology that uses a laser
to cut materials, and is usually used in industrial
manufacturing. Laser cutting works by directing
the output of a high power laser, by computer, at
the material to be cut. The material then either
melts burns or vaporizes away leaving an edge
with a high quality surface finish. Sign Works can provide this capability to ensure

WATER JET CUTTING
Water jet cutting, a process where a jet stream of water is forced through a
tiny nozzle at a very high pressure, provides many unique capabilities and
advantages that allow the cutting of materials and parts often considered too
costly or even impossible with other methods such as laser and die cutting. By
introducing garnet into the water stream as it exits the jets, our abrasive water
jet cutters are able to cut through the hardest of materials including stone and
metals, leaving smooth, extremely accurate edges. Water jet cutting, an
environmentally friendly technology, is the perfect solution for many of your
production needs.
CNC ROUTER
CNC routers are computer-controlled machines that are capable of cutting
complex two-dimensional (2D) and three-dimensional (3D) shapes with router
bits that spin at high speeds. CNC Routing can be applied to raw material sheets,
objects or modules up to 5ft x 10ft (2D & 3D). This enables us to make a wide
range of precision components and products. Shapes can produced as straight,
curved or contoured forms. This capability gives us the ability to quickly produce
virtually any shape without special tooling.
CUSTOM FOAM DESIGN
“Al Aser Foam Services” we like to think of ourselves as a “one-stop custom
foam design supplier.” Because of our foam engineering and design capabilities,
a qualified workforce and dedicated service personnel, we are able to provide
custom foam fabrication for a large variety of market segments. Bring us your

flexibility while serving a wide range of uses. It is more accurate and longer
lasting than painted signs. Al Aser has state-of-the art plotter-cut vinyl
production capabilities. Using your digital file or one we can create for you, we
can produce plotter-cut vinyl to the correct specifications for your project.
SAND BLASTING
Sandblasting is as much an art as it is a
science.

DISPLAYS
Display Power provides a range of design and display solutions based on a
digital wide format print bureau service, together with laminating and mounting
services. We print big pictures from roll, to a large variety of print media, ranging
from standard poster papers, quality papers, synthetic films, transparency, vinyl,
banner stocks, polycarbonates, fabrics and art canvas.
Printed images are generally finished by applying protecting and enhancing
laminate films possessing a range of laminate finishes (gloss, satin, matt,
textured). They are usually mounted (stuck) to a selected range of substrates
(base materials) or used in display stands.



