cancellation policy / need to know
If you are unable to attend a workshop booked at any of
our locations, please contact us as soon as possible to give
another student the opportunity to take your place.
If we receive less than 2 full working days notice of nonattendance, we will automatically charge a cancellation fee of
$25 per workshop.
certificates | Certificates are awarded to students upon
successful completion of all aspects of workshops. (No
certificates will be awarded if a student misses 30 minutes or
more of a workshop.)
