contests already completed the Zoo needs your help. This weekend the showdown will be held at
Flanagan’s Sports Pub from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The Zoo and one other nonprofit will be on hand, along with Dickerman and the Shot Doctor

Doctor will represent the Zoo’s competitor, Keep Seminole Beautiful.

FIREBALL RUN comes to the Zoo!
FIREBALL RUN is a streaming TV series and live event. Each year, teams compete in an 8 day,
2,000 mile life-sized trivia game, stopping at destination points to solve clues and accomplish
tasks. The series aides Child Rescue Network; a nonprofit that works to recover missing children.
40 driving teams compete for fun, excitement, and a plastic road sign. The 2015 theme is SPACE
RACE. The race starts in Hartford, CT, and ends on the space coast, with Sanford as one of 7 stops.
Notable participants include US Astronaut Jon McBride and international astronauts from 3 other
countries, and Sanford’s mayor, Jeff Triplett, will also be competing this year.
While in Sanford, the teams will complete one of their challenges at the Central Florida Zoo on
Oct. 2, 2015! The season will air in 2016, visit www.fireballrun.com to learn more about this epic
