process
1. choose your style
Review the next few pages of this guide or browse our “styles” tab on
www.dandelioncalligraphy.com.
2. finalize your contract
A contract will be provided that will include itemized details, including
production timeframe, lettering style(s) and anticipated charges.
Aside from the style name, please also indicate if you will require:
- Outer envelopes
with or without return address on back flap?
- Inner envelopes
- RSVP envelopes
- Place cards
- Colored ink other than black?
- Custom/other
3. submit deposit or full payment
A 50 % deposit or full amount is due with signed contract. If submitting a
deposit, the remaining 50 % will be due when we are ready to deliver.
Note: Payments are preferred via personal check or money order.
4. send us your list & materials
All materials, not including pens, are to be provided by you and sent to us
as early as possible. A clean, electronic list of guest names and addresses
in the format of how you would like them to be written is required (Excel,
Word or PDF format only). An excess of at least 15 % extra envelopes is
required to account for human error/re-do’s.
5. delivery
Finished work will be shipped via UPS by the agreed upon due date.
Shipping fees will be added to the original contract.
