NEW! This is a first-time offering of this combination
class. We’re putting together our intro to Italic
Calligraphy and making an Accordion Book
classes. It should be great fun! During this two-day
workshop participants will create a 5”x 5”
hand-lettered accordion book similar to the one
shown above. We’ll start with the basics of pen angle,
letter slope, and letter proportion. We’ll work our
way through the Italic alphabet, and then move on to
using that lettering in a simple accordion book
binding. A great introductory project for newcomers
or those who need a refresher! There will be a
materials charge of $20 for the accordion book
supplies.
