Welcome to Equitable Bank’s
Program*
Each year the In¢entive$ program grows in popularity. It’s designed to reward individual submission
agent(s) or broker(s) and franchise teams, dealing with Single Family Residential to earn exciting reward
certificates. The rewards can accumulate the number of deals funded into five levels of In¢entive$ with
Equitable Bank.
The program can be changed at the lender’s discretion. (The In¢entive$ Program cannot be combined
with other promotions or market leader initiatives.) Renewals, internal refinances and ports are not included
in the program.
Here’s how the program works…
We make it very easy for our brokers to participate. The program allows you to start redeeming once you fund
$3,000,000 from January 2nd, 2014 to December 31st, 2014. It encourages you to continue to send more business
to us by rewarding you progressively. The best part of the program is that rewards accumulate upwards to
$10,000 in prize certificates by the volume of deals that have funded.
Reaching to the Top Level Gets You Closer to Additional BPS
Once you reach the highest level of $11,000,000, your next deal over $11,000,000 allows you to receive an
additional 10 BPS for each funded deal for the remainder of 2014.

Rules of Redemption,
Eligibility and Participation
The In¢entive$ program is available in all provinces where Equitable Bank
lends within the Single Family Lending Business. Each broker is required
to track his or her numbers. You can redeem at any time. The final deadline
without exception to collect your rewards is January 31st, 2015.
The In¢entive$ redemption form must be completed with your choice of
vendor(s) or supplier(s) listed below. If you qualify for the additional 10 BPS
by reaching level 6, the payment will be calculated up to December 31st, 2014
and paid in January 2015. By participating in the program, you agree to the
terms of the In¢entive$ Program.

Please allow up to SIX (6) WEEKS for processing and delivery of redemptions. Once Equitable Bank fulfills a
request with its partner suppliers, no changes will be permitted. Redemption requests must be received by no later than
January 31st, 2015 or be forfeited. There will be no exceptions beyond this date. (Certain conditions apply on redemptions.)
Broker acknowledges that he/she is not an employee of Equitable Bank, and is not entitled to any employment-related benefits, including without limitation, any payments under
an employment standard legislation. Broker acknowledges that he/she has sole responsibility to comply with all laws, rule limitations and regulations relating to the provision
of their services, including, without limitation, requirements under the Income Tax Act (Canada) and the Employment Insurance Act (Canada), and further acknowledges that
he/she shall be responsible for collecting any and all applicable federal and provincial taxes, deductions, premiums and amounts owing with respect to any payments made
by Equitable Bank to the Broker under this program and shall be responsible for remitting such amounts to the governmental authorities as may be prescribed by law.
