is quick and easy and you can submit your miles OR minutes anytime.

Starting next month we are adding a new cash award of
$50 to one staff every month. To qualify for this monthly drawing
you will need to log at least 10 miles walking/running or
30 miles of bike riding or 5 hours of fitness training on our site.

Darkness Community Walk." Through your efforts, more than $18,000 have been raised to
benefit suicide prevention and mental health awareness efforts in the community.
