CAMPUS RECREATIONAL SPORTS
Group Exercise
Attend sessions designed specially for faculty/staff every
weekday at 12:15 p.m. or 5:30 p.m. Or, choose from over
80 sessions every week by picking up a group exercise
schedule. A 45-minute step session is 4,000 steps!
WHAT IS IT?
Step into Fitness is a FREE self-guided ten-week walking
program offered by Campus Recreational Sports for all IU
Faculty/Staff. The program begins May 30. Join anytime!
Yoga/Pilates
Choose from different forms of yoga and Pilates. Sessions
are offered at many convenient times at both the SRSC and
Wildermuth Intramural Center. Visit recsports.indiana.edu
for schedule information, prices, and leader information.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
All IUB faculty and staff.
Personal Training – No RS Membership required!
HOW DO I GET STARTED?
Personal training is one-on-one instruction that
incorporates goal setting and health education into
challenging workouts. Hire a personal trainer to help you
get on track to a healthier lifestyle!
Attend our kickoff event May 25 from 11:30 AM to 1:30
PM at the Wildermuth Intramural Center, bring your
university ID to IU Campus Recreational Sports Member
Services at the SRSC or in the Wildermuth, or visit us
during one of our campus tablings to enroll.
IU HEALTH AND WELLNESS EDUCATION
Nutrition Counseling: Confidential, individual appointments
with a registered dietitian can help with a variety of nutrition and
dieting concerns including special needs diets, weight gain, loss,
or maintenance, vegetarian diets, and eating disorders.

PARTICIPANTS RECEIVE:
• a free pedometer
• weekly nutrition and physical activity tips
• a step/nutrition tracker and
• incentive to get moving!
