Brad Peterson is a Managing Director in the Miami office of HFF (Holliday Fenoglio Fowler) with

This award is given to a person who has been a major influence in commercial real estate in the 10
county area and recognizing this individual of outstanding dedication and unending support of the Central Florida Commercial Association REALTORS® or Commercial Real Estate. The key word phrase
here is major influence, this means a person who has not just been successful in commercial real estate, but someone who cares about its future and who is willing to give back and assist others in
achieving their own successes. This recipient should also be someone who goes out of their way to
help to provide guidance and training to all those who seek it. This year’s recipient is always willing to step to the plate
for any challenge to improve the public image and abilities of commercial real estate broker community by being a leader
in National Association of Realtors and other organizations; AND has been an instructor for the CCIM Institute for many
years. and was 2010 CCIM Instructor of the Year. She has been a prominent leader in the commercial real estate
industry for over 36 years and was the 1995 President of the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors. She Is the
Immediate past President for the Florida Realtors® and was President for the Florida CCIM Chapter and the National
CCIM Institute in 2002. She Is actively involved with both the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and
CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women). She Is Director of Investment Sales for Colliers Arnold, and since 1975
has been a top-ranked commercial real estate acquisition professional with has more than 10 years’ experience in
acquisitions for a REIT, commercial brokerage, site selection and corporate real estate services. Our Award Winner
has been a corporate employee, a broker, consultant, developer, manager, owner as well as site selector.
