At Porto Antico a new edition of
the international event that combined
for the first time food and environmental
themes about the safeguard of
the sea and fish.
This Slow Fish edition appeals for
a change in lifestyle.
In the same year as Expo 2015, it is very
important to involve all the protagonists –
from the fisherman to the chef,
from the fish seller to the consumer,
from the tourist to the marine biologist –,
since saving the sea is the first step
to feed the planet.
