Franciscan Life Center
and
Franciscan Home Care and Hospice Care
The Franciscan Life Center is a non-profit mental health
center licensed by the State of Connecticut to provide
comprehensive counseling and therapy services to individuals
of all ages. Services include individual, marital, family and
group counseling.
Franciscan Home Care and Hospice Care is a non-profit home
health care agency, licensed by the State of Connecticut to
provide nursing care, hospice care, social services, wound care,
physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, and
home health aide services.
From small beginnings in the early 1970’s, the programs now
serve over 3,000 persons each month. The proceeds from
the Franciscan Golf Classic help the staffs continue serving
individuals and families in need. Thank you for supporting
these programs.
