Private Dining at Del Campo
The lifestyle and food culture celebrated on an estancia, a large South American
vineyard estate, is the inspiration for Victor Albisu’s flagship restaurant in
the Chinatown neighborhood of Washington, D.C. The airy, 174-seat agrarian space
is home to a meat-driven, wine-centric menu that is a product of Albisu’s Latin
American roots and travels throughout Argentina, Chile, Peru, and Uruguay. An
extensive selection of steaks and various slow-roasted meats served with vibrant
herb sauces, such as chimichurris and fresh salsas is the backbone of Del Campo’s
menu. Albisu’s Peruvian heritage shows itself in the form of a Latin raw bar of
Ceviches, Tiraditos and Crudos. The wine program leans heavily towards South
American varietals, which are decanted in traditional Argentinean Pengüino
carafes.
Chef Victor Albisu
With more than a decade of experience in fine dining and
upscale French, American and Latin American restaurants,
Chef Victor Albisu is combining his culinary education
with his Latin American heritage to bring a unique style
of cuisine to his forthcoming restaurant concepts. While
at the helm, Albisu cooked for President and Mrs. Obama.
He led the restaurant to earn several accolades, including
Power Spot of the Year in 2012 and Esquire Magazine’s Best
New Restaurant in 2013, and 2015’s Chef of the Year,
awarded by the Restaurant Association of Metropolitan
Washington. Albisu’s other accolades include the Taster’s
Choice Award at both the 2010, 2012 and 2016 St. Jude’s
Annual Gourmet Galas. Chef Albisu is, also, nominated for
2016 James Beard Foundation’s Best Chef Mid-Atlantic.
Albisu is a graduate of the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu School in Paris, where he
received basic, intermediate and superior diplomas in cuisine, pastry and wine.
His professional culinary journey included Michelin three-star restaurant
L’Arpege in Paris, and Belgian-influenced, French restaurant, Marcel’s.
before Del Campo, Albisu served as executive chef of BLT Steak in downtown
Washington, D.C. for more than four years.
The Private Dining Room is our private space adjacent to the Mezzanine in the
rear of the restaurant. It is separated from the restaurant by a set of
beautiful linen curtains and seats up to 22 guests comfortably. The seating
arrangement is a square table for up to 16 guests or two rectangular tables, of
11. The space can host a cocktail hour with passed hors d’oeuvres prior to a sit
down dinner.
The Mezzanine is in the rear of the restaurant and is an elevated, semi-private
dining space that seats up to 24 guests at one table, comfortably. When split
into multiple tables, the Mezzanine can seat up to 35 guests. The table
configuration can vary widely in this room.
The Main Dining Room is an open space located in the front of the restaurant and
seats up to 60 guests comfortably. The Main Dining Room is a spacious setting
surrounded by floor to glass windows and chandeliers. It is a perfect space for
cocktail receptions with passed hors d’oeuvres followed by seated dinners. The
Main Dining Room can be arranged with an array of floor plans, to accommodate
your party size.
Our Bar/Lounge is located to the right of the of the restaurant, with a less
formal vibe, and includes the Lounge space. This is an ideal space for cocktail
parties, happy hours, and private mixers. The space holds up to 75 guests with
optional lounge seating.
Restaurant Buy Out
We also offer full restaurant buy outs. A complete buy out can comfortably seat
150 guests and can host a standing cocktail reception for up to 350 guests. The
entire restaurant and staff would be on hand for the chosen event.
Outdoor Space
Our Patio is located in the courtyard of our complex, and is exclusive to Del
Campo Ensuring privacy for your event. The space can accommodate up to 150 guests
for comfortable receptions and up to 75 for our full dining experience.
Roof Deck
We offer one of the most sought out rooftops in DC. The Washington Monument, The
Capital’s Dome and the Skyline make a beautiful backdrop for any style event. Our
rooftop events are catered by DC’s Chef of the year and offers a full staff on
hand for the entire event. The space is perfect for Wedding ceremonies,
receptions, themed parties, and any other reason to throw a rooftop party.
Maximum occupancy is 250 guests.
Del Campo at Dusk is our monthly themed rooftop party. It is open to the public,

Bar Arrangement
We recommend pre-selecting wine prior to your event. A full list of our
wines is available on our website. www.delcampodc.com. There are three
ways to pay for beverages when hosting a private event. Beverage charges
can be priced per person as a bar package; beverages can be charged based
upon consumption and applied to a single “Host Tab”; beverage service is
also available on a cash bar basis. Hourly and individual drink pricing is
based on set bar brands, with tax and gratuity additional. We recommend
that pre-selecting wines for your event so that we may ensure
availability. We do allow Hosts to bring in their own bottles of wine.
Each bottle of wine brought in will incur a $25 corkage fee per bottle.

service is available after 5 pm.

Private dining rooms are available for both lunch and
dinner functions.
Capacities are subject to change if A.V. equipment is
added. The above capacities are listed as maximum
capacities per room. Private dining rooms are assigned
accordingly to the anticipated number of guests. Del Campo
reserves the right to reassign rooms at anytime, as needed,
to accommodate all events. Should your event not reach the
minimum guarantee required, you will be charged the
difference as a room rental fee.
Deposits & Payments:
A deposit, signed contract and credit card authorization
form are required to reserve private or non-exclusive
dining rooms. Final payment is due at the close of the
event. In the event that you find it necessary to cancel
arrangements for your banquet function, please be aware of
the cancellation policy:
- 90 days or more prior to your event, full refund
- 89 days to 31 days prior to your event, 50% refund
- 30 days or less before your event, no refund
Final payments can be made by cash, Visa, Master Card,
Discover, or American Express. Personal/Company checks are
not accepted.
Guest Counts:
A guaranteed final guest count is due four (4) business
days in advance of your event. If a guaranteed number is
not received, the original estimated number of guests will
become the guaranteed number. No decreases are accepted
after this time. Del Campo will not be obligated to serve
or set up for more than 10% above the guaranteed guest
count. The client will be billed for the guaranteed guest
count or actual number of guests, whichever is higher.
Menu Options:
Prices quoted for banquet menus are valid for 30 days.
Beyond 30 days, prices are subject to change without
notice. Prices agreed to on a signed contract are binding.
Your menu/wine selections must be provided five days prior
to your event date. Del Campo reserves the right to change
or substitute menu items if necessary, to ensure quality
and freshness.
Beverage Arrangements: We offer complete cocktail, beer, wine and champagne
service. All charges are billed on a consumption basis or
by the bottle for wine and champagne. All charges are added
to the final bill at the end of your event. Alcoholic
beverages may not be brought into the restaurant from
outside sources unless approved in advance for the event.
Del Campo reserves the right to change or substitute wine
selections, should your wine selection become unavailable.
We will substitute with another selection that is
comparable to your original selection.
Additional Notes:
• All food and beverage are subject to a 21% service charge
and 10% sales tax.
• Del Campo is not responsible for loss or damage to any
property brought into or left in the restaurant by
organizations or their guests.
• Tax exempt organizations must furnish a certificate of
exemption to the restaurant in advance of the event.
• Personalized menus can be printed with a company logo or
message.
• Coat check is available upon request; arrangements must
be made prior to event. Coat check costs $50.00 for two
hours and $75.00 for three hours
• We have estimated your group dining experience to last
approximately 2-3 hours depending on the amount of courses
selected. A timely arrival is greatly appreciated, as late
arrival will impact the time allotted. If the group is more
than 20 minutes late, an additional $500.00 service fee
will apply.
Private dining at Del Campo is any group larger than 8 persons that will require
a rearrangement of the dining room to accommodate the party. It is recommended
that you select prix-fixed or family style menus for your group and pre-select
wines with our Sommelier. This will help us insure an appropriate quantity of
wine for your party. If you decide to order wine, upon arrival, please be aware
that some wines will be available only in limited quantities. All menus, wines,
and pricing are subject to change without notice and subject to availability and
seasonality.
