The tourist course can be considered the business card of the
school. During the practical lessons you will learn to deal with

Bar and restaurant service
course
During the practical lessons of bar and restaurant
services, you will learn the “mise en place”, (how to lay
the table)besides many more things, and you can use
your imagination to prepare colourful cocktails.

You can use your creativity during cooking practical
lessons to become a real chef. Our school offers 4 wellequipped cooking laboratories.

The botanic garden

project
The “Botanic
Botanic garden project”
project was possible thanks
to the people who helped to tidy the garden, and
set it during the past school years. Visitors have
the possibility to observe the plants and learn
their culinary usage
II’llll be your guide
The “I’ll be your guide” project is a big opportunity both
for our first year and second year students who will
learn the history and important features of charming art
cities and for our third and fourth year students who can “
work” as professional guides. This year the first year
classes’ school trip will be in Ferrara or Mantua. Then we
are visiting Adria to help them to know the city where they
go to school. Moreover these students are going to visit
the national archeological museum of the city,

our schoolmates from 4^AT .

Polesine Culture to taste
Polesine,
Whit “Polesine Culture to taste” the school will organize
events in the new school restaurant. During
g the evenings

typical dishes from Polesine ,prepared by students of the
cooking course will be tasted by guests ( teachers, parents,
headmaster, etc).

During the months of December and January the school
will be open for all families and students of 3° year
middle schools . On those days the students from the
tourist course will show our school

Becoming Actors
At school you can choose to join different
workshops These include the project “BECOMING
workshops.

ACTORS” project where students can try to
become actors playing different roles.

Ipssar Rock
Ipssar rock is for all students who can play a musical
instrument or use their voice as an instrument; It gives the
opportunity to take part in a group that includes all year
students who share a passions for music.
Stage
The “Stage” project involves all 3 and 4 year
students , who, for 3 weeks will have the
opportunity to work in a top class tourist
establishment.

Driving license
The school offers afternoon courses to first
year students to obtain the motorcycle
driving license.
Scholarships

Every year the best students from our school
receive some scholarships during the prize
prizegiving ceremony in the auditorium. “Cipriani”
scholarships allows the best student from
each course to work in a “Cipriani
Cipriani hotel

New York and London for two months. Other
scholarships “Leonardo” and “Bocchi “are
available
