INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING OUT ONLINE PDF WAREHOUSE RECEIPT
Fill in all the open fields, print 1 copy, and bring to our office with your cargo.
DESTINATION PORT: You MUST choose from the drop down list the port you are shipping to.
SHIPPER: This is your information here in Canada. The owner of the goods is the only person legally
authorized to be shown as the Shipper. You must use your Legal First and Last Name, current address,
and at least one phone number here in Canada.
EMAIL: We will send you tracking information regarding your shipment and promotions. We do not sell
or re-distribute your email address to any third party.
CONSIGNEE: This is the receivers’ information at destination. You must show the Legal First and Last
Name of the receiver. Please provide a full and accurate address. We must have at least one phone
number at destination; two phone numbers is best.
COMMENTS: Is there any special requests regarding your freight; please note it here and discuss it with
our staff prior to export.
PEICES: How many (#) of a single item are you shipping? Please select from the drop down list.
CARGO TYPE: What are your goods packaged in? Please select from the drop down list.
MATERIAL DESCRIPTION: This is your legal description of the contents which you are exporting, and we
will report on your behalf to Customs. If your description is not in the drop down list, you must chose
the dash (-) and you must write in your description. We do NOT accept any hazardous goods or
restricted items for export (examples: matches, car batteries, propane tanks, compressed gas, fireworks,
ammunition), please ask if you are not sure.
This form is not legally binding to any party unless cargo is delivered, a booking number is assigned, it is
signed by an authorized employee, and the charges have been entered by Tradespan Cargo Ltd.
