willbesoldbyFoodandBeverageservicesduringevents.
CamerasandRecordingDevices
Asageneralrule,camerasandrecordingdevicesofanykindarenotpermittedinsidethe
Center.Thisissubjecttochangeonanevent-by-eventbasis.
GeneralRules
• Thecostofremovingexcessivetapewillbetheresponsibilityofthetenant.
• Stickersandadhesivebackeddecalsarenottobegivenoutinoraroundthebuilding.
• NailsandscrewsarenottobedrivenintotheCenterfloor,stagefloororwalls.
GuestConduct
TheMid-HudsonCivicCenterstrivestoprovideitsguestswithasafe,comfortable,and
enjoyableatmosphere.Therefore,theCenterhasestablishedthefollowingguidelines:
1. Guestsinterferingwithotherguestsabilitytoenjoytheeventmaybesubjecttoejection.
2. Guestsusingfoulorabusivelanguage,orinappropriateorunacceptablegesturesmaybe
ejectedfromtheCenter.
3. GuestsappearingimpairedmaybeejectedfromtheCenterandturnedovertoauthorities.
GuidelinesforExhibitingMotorizedVehicles
• VehiclekeysmustatalltimesbereadilyavailabletoMid-HudsonCivicCenterManagement.
• Thevehicle’sbatterymustbedisconnectedwhileinthebuilding.
• Thereshallbenorefuelingofvehiclesinsidethebuilding.
• Thereshallbenomorethan¼ofatankofgasolineor5gallonspervehicle.
• Thereshouldnotbeanystorageofflammablefuelinthebuildingexceptforthatwhichisin
thevehicle.
• KeysforunattendedvehiclesorvehiclesremainingovernightmustbegiventoMid-Hudson
CivicCentermanagement.
• Fueltankdoorsmustbelockedorfuelcapstapedshut.
• Thereshallbenoworkdoneonthevehicleinsidethebuildingunlessauthorizedby
Mid-HudsonCivicCenterManagement.
• Vehicleswillnotbestartedexceptformoveinormoveout.
• CleaningofvehiclesistheresponsibilityofthevehicleownerandmustfollowCenterpolicies.
