Location
Men’s Roundup has been held since 1970 at Camp Tadmor, located on 200 acres in the forested
foothills of the Cascade Mountains, east of Lebanon, Oregon.
Housing
Cabin and Yurt space is limited and may be reserved by church groups only. There are also numerous
tent / no-hookup RV spaces available for everyone in the fields and forests at Camp Tadmor and only
a few utility hookup RV spaces, all on a first come basis.
Meetings
Four general sessions will take place in the Forum, along with closed circuit video monitors to an
adjoining tent and dining area, or you can bring a lawn chair and sit on the grassy hillside outside the
Forum. Action Workshops will be held in the Meadow Ridge Pavilion and other meeting areas.
Recreation
Swimming, boating, fishing, ping-pong, volleyball, giant swing, paintball, high ropes course, 5K
Tadmor Classic Race, disc golf, photography contest, and other games you bring with you. A pistol
shooting range is available on a limited basis – shooting only allowed if a rangemaster is present (no
rifles larger than .22 caliber). Golfing is available at a nearby golf course. And new for this year, a
revamped Roundup Race with new obstacles and ran as a team event! This new Roundup Race will
be a team event consisting of 10 men per team. This new and exciting form of the Roundup Race will
let your whole men’s group participate and maybe partner with another group.
What to Bring
An open heart, Bible, things to do and/or games to play with friends, bedding, towel, personal items,
casual clothes, swimsuit, warm coat or rain coat, flashlight. Optional: camera, extra money for books,
CDs and DVDs, Roundup merchandise and the annual project offering.
Camp opens for early arrivals at noon Thursday, Sept. 10th
For those arriving on Thursday, before taking a campsite, a nominal fee of $5 per person is to be paid
at the registration tent. Please observe all fire lanes and other marked restricted areas when locating
that perfect campsite.
Parking
To allow maximum camping space, please park all vehicles in designated parking areas at the top
of the hill by the registration tent, in designated RV spots or where the parking crew permits. Your
attention to avoid parking on the disc golf course is greatly appreciated! Loading and unloading
only is allowed in the cabin and Lakehouse areas. All space in the area around and between the
Lakehouse and Dining Hall is for disabled and event staff only.

our
vision
We envision a gathering of men glorifying God and sharing community
through engaging corporate worship, biblical teaching, and deliberate small
group interaction in a relaxed camp retreat atmosphere. As a result of this
weekend, we envision that God will impact men in a variety of ways by
moving them to: come to faith in Christ, connect with each other and their
local church, live in obedience to Christ, foster leadership in their marriages,
families, churches, and communities.
OUR
THEME
1 Peter 2:9-10, But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation,
a people for his own possession, that you may proclaim the excellencies of
him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light. Once you were
not a people, but now you are God’s people; once you had not received
mercy, but now you have received mercy.
