The Survivair Opti-Fit™ convertible full
facepiece respirator can be used for
various respiratory applications:
• APR
(Air Purifying Respirator)
• PAPR (Powered Air Purifying Respirator)
• CF-SAR (Constant Flow — Supplied Air Respirator)
The Survivair Opti-Fit Convertible respirator is NIOSH-Approved for all three configurations.
Now, you can customize the Survivair Opti-Fit for your environment and needs.
The convertible system allows users to switch the facepiece from various applications
(APR, PAPR, CF-SAR) without having to change facepieces.
Simply use the facepiece caps with the appropriate ports to convert applications. Only one fit
test needed for APR, PAPR and CF-SAR applications. This saves on inventory, time and cost.
One facepiece works with all configurations.

• Choose from a 5-point strap or black industrial mesh headnet to fit
your comfort and needs
• Wide viewing area offering distortion free visibility and optical clarity
• Silicone skirt offers exceptional durability and comfort
• All straps are attached to the rim of the facepiece, rather than the
silicone skirt, to reduce pressure points and distortion of the
sealing surface when tightened
• Nose cup prevents fogging with optional kits for customized sizing
(comes standard with medium nose cup) and optional clear nose
cup kits available
• Replaceable, high-impact resistant polycarbonate lens treated with
anti-scratch coating
• Molded in speaking diaphragm provides improved audio
transmission for communication
• Available in three sizes for wide range of fit

Survivair Opti-Fit Convertible CF-SAR
The Survivair CF-SAR Opti-Fit full facepiece can be configured for a
side mounted tube or front mounted tube. The Survivair Opti-Fit CF-SAR
is also available in an Egress (escape) configuration with P100 filters.
• Connects to an airline hose by using a high-volume, low pressure,
durable rubber breathing tube. A light weight plastic breathing
tube is available in the side port configuration
• For Side Port: Breathing tube attaches to one of the side cartridge
ports (the other port and the front nozzle inlet ports are capped off)
• For Front Port: Breathing tube attaches to one front inlet nozzle port
(the side ports are capped off)
• Complete Survivair Opti-Fit CF-SAR contains a Survivair Opti-Fit
full facepiece, cap, breathing tube and waist belt. Kits are also
available without facepiece
• Couplings and airline hose sold separately
