from us, near Castel Vecchio, a unique place
La Contadina with the freshest mozzarella
arriving at 4am daily straight from Naples.
Note: mozzarella taken from the fridge is not
genuine. La Contadina features traditional
mozzarella transported and stores in big tins

The most popular aperitif drink is called spritz,
invented in Veneto by Austrian soldiers who
found local wine too strong. They started
diluting it with sparkling water. Traditional
spritz is a cocktail made of Aperol (bitter
