What is CenSec?
Together we have a competitive advantage
CenSec has almost 100 member companies with leading edge skills in advanced manufacturing, electronic and software development. Among our members you will find leading Danish
Universities and Knowledge Institutions in the field.
It is our belief, that Danish sub-suppliers are much stronger and much more competitive in
large projects, when they act as one supply unit with many specialised skills and components.
Thus, we have build our networking structure around this.
CenSec works with prime contractors, systems integrators, Ministry of Defense procurement,
logistic and repair agencies etc. to identify, develop and recommend appropriate supplier and
sub-contractor capability.
Mission
CenSec is the prime Danish cluster organization for companies with an interest in high tech
industries like defense, homeland security, space,aerospace, railway and telecommunication.
Focus on innovation, competence, networking and internationalisation
CenSec supports their members with a range of consultancy and project management interventions which are designed to create innovation and business opportunities in our core markets.
Competence development as well as quality and process optimisation is also one of our main
focus areas, upgrading member companies in order to meet the international standards in their
industry, CenSec offers participation in eg. export promotion and foreign knowledge cooperations, strengthening the company’s position internationally.
CenSec’s business model is aimed at specialised networking. Meaning, that a group of member
companies work together on specific projects etc.
To develop business networks among small and medium-sized sub-suppliers to the defense, security and space industry.
To offer assistance to business members to improve market knowledge, competences and
education enabling them to participate in business networks. Vision
