LL300 ECO can be installed in both Quarter Turn and Monolithic.
Before installation, make sure the arrow marks on the back of each tile, which show the direction of the pattern.
For one week after installation, direct sunlight, sudden change of temperature due to air conditioning, and water washing
should be avoided.
When you install LL300 ECO on the free access floor, each tile should be laid to stride over the joint of free access floor panels
in the middle. (The joint of LL300 ECO should not be matched to that of free access floor panels.)
Notes on Installation
For the installation on the free access floor panels made of light mortar concrete without the film, TOLI ECO GA Cement should
be used as the adhesive.
Installation below 5 degrees centigrade should be avoided.
When you install LL300 ECO below 15 degrees centigrade, the joints of tiles should retain a very slight gap as thin as name
cards.
LL300 ECO can show the same antistatic performance as our carpet tile GA-100 (less than 1.0kv in accordance with JIS L
4406 at 23 degrees C, 25%RH), and therefore it can be another solution for office projects. (If higher anti-static property is
specifically required, LL FREE 400/LL FREE 500/LL FREE 800 are more recommendable.)
The color shading differs on a tile-by-tile basis, which will make the floor look very natural when the tiles are installed.

Maintenance Wax
from TOLI
To keep antistatic performance, the antistatic wax such as “ELEX” from Johnson Diversey should be applied on the surface.
In case there’s a level difference, a crevice, or bumpiness on the free access floor, sometimes it could be visible even after you
install the tiles.
Others
The dirt and stains will be more visible on the floor covering with lighter plain colors, compared to dark colors. Also they are
more likely to stick with the deep-embossed surface than the flat surface.
Please be aware that some rubber casters might cause color-contamination.
Please note that the product has the indigenous odor from its materials.
