to the move-up home buyer, says Whitehead. “If you’re in a market where home prices have fallen 10 percent, a seller’s
$200,000 home may now be worth only $180,000. But as buyers, the spread works to their benefit. They can purchase a
$350,000 home for $315,000. Combine that with today’s very low interest rates and wider selection and it’s a great time
to move up.” STRATEGIES FOR SLOW TIMES: Keep a constant eye on shifting inventories and prices. Associates should
