Production Phases

Preparation of shop drawings:
 Firstly, in the engineering management
office, the plans are closely surveyed.
Then employing most developed
software, the experts prepare the plans
and obtain the approval of the clients;
 At the same time, develop a scheduled
plan of the works and the volumes and
weights of required materials of all
kinds, also making estimates of
standards
and
development
procedures of the plan;
 The required instructions will be issued
according to the scheduled plan for the
supply of needed materials;
 Material supply process: with attention
to the rights of the client and in

accordance
with
technical
specifications of the contract, required
materials is purchased from domestic
sources. This process will be under
close supervision and care of
accredited laboratories of engineering
materials and quality control unit of the
factory.
Ironwork:
 Sheets and steel sections will be
supplied from domestic providers such
as Zob Ahan Esfahan, Mobarakeh
Steel, and Kaavian Steel;
 Some of the hot rolled sections that are
not produced in Iran are purchased
from reliable sources. Meanwhile the
interests of the client is ensured and
quality documentation of the purchase
is placed at the disposal of the client.

Welding Procedure
together.
System
are
welded
 Cleaning:
In this stage, components are taken to the
complementary units, where trained and
experienced staff perform welding tack,
cleaning and grinding activities on them. The
components discharged from this stage, which
are transferred to painting unit, should be free
of any slag, spater, arc, or estrick.
Nuts, bolts and colors:
 Nuts, bolts and colors: the required
materials with their specifications
mentioned in the contract, are
purchased from domestic sources. The
inviolable principle of maintaining
effective and competent interest of the
client are always respected;
 Meanwhile the interests of the client is
ensured and quality documentation of
the purchase is placed at the disposal
of the client.
 Sand blast or shot blast:
The cleaned components are transferred to
sand blast or shot blast unit and in accordance
with the technical specifications of the contract
are sprinkled with silica sand or steel pellets
stuck are cleaned.
Testing the materials:
 All items imported into the factory are
inspected by the quality control unit in
terms of quantity and quality, to ensure
compliance
with
technical
specifications before being docked and
transported to warehouses.
 Essentially, the issuance of factory
warehouse receipt is subject to the
approval of quality control unit.
 In this connection, the abovementioned unit, by sending samples to
accredited laboratories expands the
scope of its activities and tries to gain
the satisfaction of the client.
 Painting:
The cleaned components from the sand blast
unit must be immediately transferred to the
paint shop. Different colors depending on their
chemical basis or shades and defined in terms
of their thickness of dry film are sprinkled on the
components in a dust-free environment.
 Packing and Shipping:
The final phase of construction includes the
packaging of painted parts. Our qualified staff
carry out this stage so that during the transfer
no damage is incurred, which ultimately may
lead to non-compliance or failure in one of the
dimensions of the parts. At the same time,
placing protective material prevents discoloring
during the transfer. Therefore, proper
arrangement of colored pieces together
maximizes the load capacity, as well as saving
the costs of transfer.
 Cutting:
Each component of a structure is identified and
cut into their suitable sizes and thickness. Then
using multiple tools are tailored and cut into
small pieces with specific characteristics and
edges that are later joined together according
the main plan.
 Assembly:
The ready cut components are fixed together
according to the shop drawings in an other unit
using special tools and equipment. The fixed
components are then connected (using spot
welding) to each other. At the end of this stage
the appearance of the piece is completed.
 Installation:
Loads sent to the project site are installed in
accordance with approved plans and features
by our qualified installation personnel.
 Inspection and supervision:
Loads sent to the project site are installed in
accordance with approved plans and features
by our qualified installation personnel.
 Welding:
Discharged components from the assembly unit
are transferred to the welding units and
according to the procedure specified in the
technical documentation known as the Treaty of
 Planning and project control:
Loads sent to the project site are installed in
accordance with approved plans and features
by our qualified installation personnel.
