e were founded in England in 1981, and we’re still there. We design, test and
manufacture all our own products at our eco-headquarters and physic gardens
in Dorset, UK. It’s also home to our own team of experts, who create award-winning

Organic ingredients are grown under tight regulations without the
use of artificial chemical fertilizers and pesticides. Instead, farmers
develop a healthy, fertile soil by growing and rotating a mixture
of crops.
We don’t know the long-term implications of many of the
artificial chemicals and pollutants to which we’re being exposed.
Being wild and organic means not being exposed to them. Simple.
Using recycled materials is something we’re really passionate about, but we also want to
encourage the sustainable and socially-just management of the world’s forests, which is
why we choose FSC accredited paper. Please make sure you recycle your catalog after use,
so that it can continue to help save our precious resources, and this wonderful planet.

We do. We know the origins of all our herbs
and ingredients. We grow as many as we can in
our gardens in Peacemarsh, Dorset, UK and at
Sheepdrove Organic Farm on the Lambourn
Downs in Berkshire, UK.

Britain—reducing our carbon footprint. They are
100% recyclable and come in just a few sizes—
making production more energy efficient, too.

We’ve followed this mantra for years. Everything
that can be recyclable is.
Our eco-factory uses solar panels on the roof,
clay flooring, and high-level windows to keep
cool, and uses rainwater in the restrooms. We
even compost the kitchen waste, which is mostly
organic, of course.

into soothing and healing organic calendula oil.
1 We start in the meadows of cheery, golden calendula—or marigolds
as they’re also known—at Sheepdrove Organic Farm on the Lambourn
Downs in Berkshire, UK, and at Peacemarsh in Dorset, UK. We hand
pick every single flower—last year we picked 780 lbs!
2 Next, we take the crates of calendula to be macerated—softened in
pure undiluted organic ethanol (alcohol)—before being pressed in a
linen bag to release the glorious golden liquid.
3 And that’s it. Organic calendula, or tincture of calendula is ready for
sale or blending into one of our fantastic, natural organic products.
