The Stanztec trade fair for stamping technology takes place from
3 to 5 June 2014 in Pforzheim. The event brings together exhibitors and visitors from all over the world. It serves as a technology platform for the exchange of know-how and knowledge in
the field of stamping and punching technology.

THE PRECISION PRESS
EFB seminar 2014 on sheet metal machining,
April 2014 in Fellbach
At the 34th seminar of the European Research Association for Sheet Metal Working EFB,
manufacturers showcased their latest development while operators reported on their experiences with servo presses. In these tandem presentations, manufacturers and users
were thus able to put forward their ideas and concerns, providing a comprehensive insight
into both technology and practice. Andreas Siegel, Head of Design & Development at
Haulick + Roos GmbH, spoke about „Production optimisation with servo presses“. His
presentation was complemented by a user report from Mr. Dierk Knoblauch as head of the
production equipment of the company Feinwertechnik hago GmbH.
At the event, Haulick + Roos received the prestigious „Innovative Alliance Award of EFB.
This award recognizes the contribution of members of the European Research Association
for Sheet Metal Working EFB who successfully engage in industrial networking with other
companies and industrial institutions operating in the field of sheet metal machining,
promoting research in new materials, processes and quality control.
