IMPORTANT:
1. A certain number of rooms have been booked by ORBIS Travel at the offered
hotels.
2. Prices for accommodation are per room, per night and include breakfast (except
student’s dormitories), VAT tax.
3. All prices are quoted in PLN. In case of change of the exchange rate of EUR/PLN
hotel prices will change accordingly.
4. Early reservation is highly recommended !
5. The full payment of the accommodation before arrival is required according to
Krakow hotels’ policy. Without the payment, the booking will not be processed.
6. Orbis travel will not allocate people to double rooms. Please indicate the name of
person you will be sharing your room with.
7. All changes and cancellations must be made in writing and sent by mail or fax to
Orbis Travel to [email protected]
8. For cancellation received before May 30th, 2009 – banking charge will be taken.
9. For cancellation received after May 30th, 2009 - the total payment of hotel
reservation will be charged.
10. In case of non-show, the full stay will be invoiced.
