Counties, I feel privileged to welcome
you to our 30th Annual Parade of Homes.
This event has developed into one the
BIA’s most effective venues to connect
with the community. Additionally, it has
evolved into the single largest and most
important exhibition of new homes in
the area.
The 2009 Parade features 31 distinctive homes, from some of the area’s most
talented builders, for you to explore. As
builders, subcontractors, suppliers, and
service companies, this event affords us
the opportunity to showcase our talents,
ideas, and products. For you, this event
provides a unique setting in which to
view the latest innovations, materials,
techniques, and designs. Whether on
the hunt for a new home, thinking about
building in the future, or contemplating a
few updates in an existing residence, the
Parade will provide you with the tools
you need to turn your plans into reality.
This year, we have a fabulous Central
Site for touring – Rolling Ridge in
Crestview. There are three homes in
Rolling Ridge open for viewing during
the Parade. We also have a Featured
Neighborhood in Freeport - Hammock
Bay. In Hammock Bay, we have six
homes open for viewing during the
Parade.
You can visit the parade houses
between 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on the
weekends and between 1:00 PM and
6:00 PM during the week. On Thursday,
June 18th, we will have extended twilight
hours until 8:00 PM.
If you would like to plan your parade
viewing route, we have provided area
maps in this guide that can also be
downloaded from the BIA website at
www.biaow.org.
