Tuality Seventh Avenue Medical Plaza is a five-story, 105,000 square foot medical office
building located in Hillsboro, Oregon. This fast-growing town is 20 miles west of Portland.
The building is adjacent to the MAX light rail system.
The Medical Plaza contains a roof-top helipad, six-OR ambulatory surgery center, a cardiac
catheterization lab, a G.I. lab, sterile processing, and a broad range of outpatient diagnostic
services. The pharmacy, medical supply store, and restaurant are located on the first floor.
The second floor of the Plaza is connected to the Hospital by a 120-foot pedestrian bridge.
