Parkour is the physical discipline
of training to overcome any obstacle
within one's path by adapting one's
movements to the environment. It requires
consistent, disciplined training with an
emphasis on functional strength, physical
conditioning, balance, creativity, fluidity,
control, coordination, precision, spatial
awareness, and looking beyond the
traditional use of objects.
Taught by Lorenzo Wright
Youth Hip-Hop with Gisella Ferreira has been
such a success, we are bringing it back for the
third time! The kids are engaged and have a great
t i m e d a n c i n g t o G i s e l l a ’s a w e s o m e
choreographies. She brings the kids up-to-date
with all the hot new moves!!!
HIP-HOP
MOMMY & ME
Focusing on music, art and movement, this
class is designed to engage kids and parents
using Nature’s wonders. This month’s
theme is WATER. Dana Maman, a musical
director, has fun and interactive ways to
incorporate nature’s beauty and art. Singing
will be in various languages.
