Description
PHOENIX Logistics Center can accommodate storage, logistics, distribution activities, as well as light industrial activities.
It is represented by a single building, having a total built area of 22,000 m² and comprising 20,650 m² warehouse space and 1,350 m²
offices. The site extends to a total of approximately 4.3ha (43,000 m²).
The warehouse building can be subdivided to provide warehouse starting from approximately 5,000 m² up to 20,000 m².
In addition ancilliary office and service accommodation will also be provided.
