An old Irish legend tells of the

educational comedy criticizing
our modern society and of the
way we've been "evolving"
over the centuries.

Girl Mengjiang. It is a widely
disseminated legend about
the Great Wall. In the Qin
Dynasty, the First Emperor of
Qin, a tyrant, forced a huge
number of men to build the
Great Wall.
The theme of this short film is
“back to nature”. As China is
developing at high speed,
everything is changing so
quickly. Poppy wishes for the
old times that were simple

This work recalls memories of
a young rural teacher narrated
by his students. Interspersed
with flashbacks. It praises the
noble sentiments of this
teacher who has dedicated his
life to the rural schools and his
students.
‘‘Alone Together’ by Sherry
Turkle, inspires this reflection
of modern life in this digital
age. The exaggerated contrast
between emotionless Citizens
and characterized phones
reveals our over-dependence
on virtual communication.
Surrealism and imagination to
reveal the working process of

creates her character__ the
animator and the character
enter into each other’s
universe.
