WALK-BEHIND MANUAL PUSH
1-8DEZMKII
Blastrac’s 1-8DEZMKII is a highly portable,
lightweight shot blasting system used to prepare
concrete surfaces prior to the application of
paint or coatings. Perfect for smaller jobs such as
residential garage floors, pool decks, and small
industrial floors, the 1-8DEZMKII runs on 120
volt power. Optimal blastwheel RPM is achieved
through a unique gear set in the motor. With a
manual travel speed and 9 inch blast pattern, this
small blast machine is also ideal for balconies,
areas around equipment and obstructions, and
other tight spaces.
The 1-8DEZMKII can prepare up to 250 sq. ft. per
hour, as it strips, cleans and profiles in one easy

HEAVY-DUTY, SELF-PROPELLED SCARIFIERS
BMP-335
The Blastrac BMP-335 scarifiers are heavy-duty
machines designed and manufactured for the
most demanding of jobs. With variable speed,
forward and reverse, these heavy-weight
performers can be maneuvered or driven without
having the scarifying drum engaged.
BMP-335GHY
An easy-lift system lowers and raises the drum,
and fine-height cutting adjustments are stayed
in position with controls that are easily accessible
to the operator. These units are comfortable to
use, easy to move and create minimal vibrations.
Both heavyweight for increased performance,
the synchronous-belt driven BMP-335GHY has
two independent hydraulic brake motors for
adjustable feed speed, and the BMP-335EHY
features separate, electric independent drive
and drum motors. The self-propelled drive
system is employed with a unique foot pedestal
mechanism.
BMP-335EHY
Both machines can utilize versatile tooling options
for job specific applications on surfaces such as
concrete, stone, or asphalt. These machines are
ideal for removal of hard top layers from soft
floors, or for line stripe removal. Either scarifier
works virtually dust-free when connected to the
BDC-3140DBP dust collector.
Contractors will appreciate the
professional quality and durability of
the BMP-335EHY and BMP-335GHY
surface scarifiers.
Scarifying and milling drum assemblies
are shown. These can achieve versatile
patterns for texturing or milling with
adjustment of spacers and cutting teeth.
Totally tungsten milling cutters, or the
tungsten-tip steel scarifying cutters
add versatility to the BMP-335s.

Floor Scraping Systems
BATTERY POWER RIDE-ON SCRAPER
BMS-C3200
The BMS-C3200 is the unit for high-productivity and
reliability in a battery-powered floor scraper. Everything
from carpet and ceramic tile to hardwood flooring and
VCT are no match for this versatile heavy-duty machine.
Utilizing a patented “twisting” blade-bar design
(edge of blade stays in contact with the floor more
consistently), the BMS-C3200’s rear tires can roll over
debris without the blade rotating off the target
working area. The blade remains flatter to the surface
to continue scraping with less reverse manuveuvers for
“re-bites” during removal jobs.
Top quality construction and compact design offer great
efficiency and versatility. The double front castors make
this scraper easier to transport and its 220 volt, singlephase battery charger does the recharge task overnight.
And with eight-hour run time, this means reduced
down-time and greater productivity in removing a
wide variety of thick coatings, floor coverings, and
waterproofing membranes from large areas.
The operator can experience less fatigue with the
single joystick steering, and realize optimum control in
maneuvering with the fully hydrostatic drive system of
the BMS-C3200.
The BMS-C3200 ride-on scraper brings you the quality
and lasting durability that you can trust, that is the
hallmark of Blastrac.

PCD’s are great for thick coating removal,
very aggressive. For best results remove bulk
of coating without continued contact with
concrete. Come back with an aggressive metal
bond diamond segment and clean up any thin
coating left behind. This will help preserve the
life of the PCD segments.
