Ingredients
TO MAKE YOUR OWN SAUCE:
• 2 lb chicken wings
• 1 Tbs packed
brown sugar
• 1 Tbs coarse salt
• 1 bottle (12 oz)
HOT WINGS
TO use premade SAUCE:
• 2 lb chicken wings
• 1 bottle Yuengling®
Lager hot sauce
Yuengling® Lager
• 1½ tsp onion
powder
• 1½ tsp garlic
powder
• 1½ tsp paprika
• ¼ c butter
• ¼ c hot sauce

Directions (homemade sauce)
1. Heat oven to 350°F. Line cookie
sheet with foil.

and Yuengling® Lager with whisk. Add
chicken wings; toss gently to coat.
Refrigerate 30 minutes to brine.
