billed at $0.05 per kilobyte.
- Subscription to a Data plan/feature includes on-device data transmission only unless speciﬁed otherwise in your plan.
IF YOU USE YOURS AS A MODEM (”TETHERING”) TO CONNECT TO A PC OR OTHER DEVICE YOU WILL BE
CHARGED ADDITIONAL TRANSPORT CHARGES BILLED AT $15.00 PER MEGABYTE OR AS SPECIFIED IN YOUR
DATA PLAN/FEATURE. Additional ROAMING charges my also apply for Data or Mobile Browser usage clients with or
without a Data service/plan.
Terms & Conditions
- Termination will be effective 30 days from the date you made your request. If you terminate your monthly rate plan, or
the data feature or plan for which you received an additional Data Credit before the expiry of the Service Commitment
Period (if any) you must also pay a Service Agreement Price Adjustment (SAPA) which is the greater of (a) $100 or (b)
$20 per month remaining in the Service Commitment Period after termination to a maximum of $400, plus taxes,
and/or a Data Service Agreement Price Adjustment (DSAPA) (If you received an additional Data Credit on a device for
subscribing to a data feature or plan), which is the dollar amount of the “Data Credit” set out above divided by the total
number of months in the Service Commitment Period, multiplied by the number of months remaining in the Service
Commitment Period after termination up to a maximum of $200, plus taxes. The combined amount applies if you
terminate the data plan or feature for which you received the additional Data Credit. The SAPA applies if you terminate
the monthly rate plan.
- By entering this Agreement you acknowledge you have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions of
this mobility service agreement including the terms or service attached. The Terms of Service are part of the agreement.
They include restrictions on the use of the Services and the Device, and a limit on HuronTel/Bells liability.
- A member share is automatic and a $1.00 fee will be charged to the customer upon sign up and refunded
to the customer upon disconnect of the service.
