SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
The Toshiba connector to Microsoft® SharePoint® opens a new world
in terms of document archiving and sharing. The full integration of
SharePoint® in the scan function of your MFP allows you to increase
your document workflow efficiency without having to install additional
hardware.
SMALL INSTALLATIONS (UP TO 5 MFPS)
With the connector to Microsoft® SharePoint®, your MFP turns into the ideal
gateway for all information received on paper to your managed document
workflow. Via the Rich User Interface you
can easily select the destination folder for
your scan job. On the touch screen you have
the possibility to enter required metadata for
granular indexing of the documents as the
connector to SharePoint® supports all types
of metadata fields.
To ensure best possible scan results you
can also use the interface to preview your
document. You can zoom into and swipe through the
document and if necessary rotate or even delete pages
before storing or sharing the file.

To increase the number of file formats you can save your documents as,
you can install the optional e-BRIDGE Re-Rite software. This will allow you
to turn your hard copies into editable electronic files. These can then be
modified or updated when needed.
