This project is equally funded by the County, Federal and Provincial governments. • $4.6 million for the retrofit and expansion of the current Social Service office at 95 Advance Avenue in Napanee. The County’s portion of property taxes on this assessment is a total of $959.65 in 2010, which is an increase of $23.06 from 2009.
