Focus on “Team Building”
Keynote Speaker - Jay McChord
How to Mobilize, Manage and Motivate your teams
Our workplace moves sometimes at breakneck speed! Problems and challenges abound that can only be solved
by people working together. Teams always consist of individuals of various talents, abilities, ages and backgrounds. Do you understand the dynamics of putting a high performing team together? How do you manage
their efforts and energies? How do you motivate them as individuals and a group? This session will tackle all
those questions and more!
Attendees will understand the times we live in and how factors like a "4-Generation Workplace" can create
either one of the richest team environments or tear an organization apart. This high-energy session will not only
provide key insights but also offer practical tools for leveraging the talent around you and seeing your teams
succeed where others are failing.
About the speaker:
Jay McChord is a highly requested speaker, author and consultant on the topic of Generational Communication, Leadership and Team Building. His brand of training centers around attendees having the most fun while
gaining the most value for their time.
