for your wedding.
We have 55 modern contemporary style bedrooms to offer, to ensure
that your guests also have a relaxing stay.
As a privately owned hotel we place great importance on each
individual wedding. We therefore strive to ensure that one of our
experienced management team will always be available to attend
to your initial enquiry, to deal with all your questions right through to
confirming your final details and in the run up to your wedding day,
and to personally supervise on the Big Day itself.
Our professional, friendly team are dedicated to ensuring that your

Civil ceremonies
BEST WESTERN Park Hotel is licensed to hold civil ceremonies within the hotel. To arrange your civil ceremony, firstly
check the date and availability of the function suite with the hotel. Then contact the Registrar at Falkirk Registry Office,
Newmarket Street, Falkirk 01324 501286 to ensure that they can conduct your ceremony on the required date.
Room hire for the holding of a civil ceremony within the hotel is £200.00
Fees for the marriage and the marriage certificate need to be paid directly to the registrar and you must give notice in person.
Our staff are also available to help should you require any advice on planning your civil ceremony.
Accommodation
At BEST WESTERN Park Hotel we have 55 bedrooms which have all been designed and decorated with comfort in mind. These bedrooms
demonstrate all the qualities you would expect from a 3 star hotel. All rooms have en-suite bathroom with shower, flat screen colour television
and tea & coffee making facilities, plus ironing facilities are available on request. Everything for you and your guests!
Rates start from £35 per person, based on 2 people sharing, and include full Scottish breakfast.
(£15 single supplement is applicable)
All dates are subject to availability.
We always have a high demand for our bedrooms so book your accommodation without delay to avoid
disappointment for you and your guests.
Checklist
Initial enquiry
Once you have chosen your date a provisional booking may be held
for up to 14 days, by which time a non refundable deposit of £500
must be paid to confirm the booking.
Four weeks prior to your wedding
Meet with your wedding co-ordinator at a pre-arranged appointment
time to discuss final details and pay your final balance.
Seven days prior to your wedding
Submit table plan and confirm final numbers.
Day before wedding
Deliver all items for the tables such as favours etc, and drop off
luggage for the Bride and Groom.
Morning after
Remember to take away any cake, spare favours, etc.
Enjoy your honeymoon!
