Injection Molding
The molding department houses 37 closed loop molding machines
ranging from 40 tons to 450 tons. All machines are equipped with
Wittmann’s automated robots for fast part removal and packaging. They
are also fitted with individual resin drying units to insure a repeated
optimal process.
All machines are tied to a central Real Time Production monitoring
system to facilitate material flow and scheduling and to monitor cycle
times, capacities and efficiencies.

Enclosed Sub-assembly Room
We have a dedicated temperature controlled
room used for assembly and sub-assembly
of purchased and made in house
components, we included in our processes,
sensor detecting and video inspection
stations to validate the quality of the finish
good.

Surface Preparation:



Parts up to 800 mm long x 800 mm wide with
height up to 150 mm.
Ionization Cabin to remove debris and
contaminants from the parts surface.
Flame treatment station to prepare surface for
painting.
Paint Application:



Two independent cabins. Each with 3 axis
robot.
System capable of applying up to 4 layers of
paint.
Flexible paint line system. Rack technology
automatically rotates product when needed to
apply paint to all sides of the part.

Curing:

Oven with a flexible residence time between
20 and 40 minutes for drying of the applied
paint.
Air circulation oven handles up to 100°C
operation temperature.
Ambient temperature “Cool down” zone.

disposal.
Intelligent data tag transport system.
Air make-up unit for clean, temperature and
