After a typical Creole or Indian lunch as per
your choice, enjoy a visit of the famous
Pamplemousses Botanical Garden. Discover
the beautiful green alleys of this 260 years old
garden. Behind the impressive white forged
gates lies no less than 500 different species of
plants such as the baobabs, the talipots and
80 varieties of palm trees. Merged in these
exotic trees, enjoy a moment of pure
relaxation ! The Botanical Garden tour
includes a visit at the Blue Penny Museum or
at Pointe aux Piments aquarium.
Penny Museum, dessen weltweit anerkannte

und Talipotpalmen. Der Charme Norden bietet
einen Besuch ins Blue Penny Museum oder
ins Aquarium.
Streifzug durch den Norden, von Pointe aux
Piments bis Cap Malheureux, bekannt ist
diese Gegend für die schönen Strände und
türkissschimmernde Lagunen.
Ein weiteres Ziel ist Port-Louis (deutsch
übersetzt « Ludwigshafen »!), die Hauptstadt;
Shopping-Gelegenheit im modernen

Shop lovers, indulge yourself in discovering
the various factory shops of Curepipe and
Floreal. You will be able to buy your dream
piece of jewellery at the tax free diamond
cutting factory of Adamas. Also discover the
finesse of the local Mauritian craftsmanship
by exploring a ship model factory.
On the top of Trou aux Cerfs, which is an
extinct volcano, you will have a breathtaking
panoramic view on most of the island.

The tour will then head towards Grand
Bassin, the sacred lake with Hindu Temples,
followed by a stop to the Black River Gorges
where you will be dazzled by the abundance
of endemic plants which serves as habitat to
monkeys and some rare species of birds,
namely the Paille en Queue, the Cateau Vert
and even sometimes, the Crécerelle.
Two options are proposed for the rest of the
day:
Option 1.
Lunch at La Rhumerie de Chamarel, followed
by a rum tasting, and ending the day with the
visit of the Seven Coloured Earth and the
Chamarel’s waterfalls.
Option 2.
Lunch at Le Chamarel Restaurant, which
offers an amazing view of the South West
Coast, followed by a visit of the Seven
Coloured Earth and the Chamarel’s waterfalls,
and ending with a visit of the Curious Corner,
house of very well imagined illusions,
combining intrigues and sense of observation.

Nach einem Stopp am erloschenen

Bassin", dem Heiligen See und Walfahrtsziel
der Hindus. Danach besichtigen Sie die
einzigartige Landschaft und die Schluchten
des Rivière Noire (=Schwarzer Flusses).
Die Tour endet mit einem Besuch in der
siebenfärbigen Erde, die Wasserfälle von
Chamarel und der Curious Corner, Haus sehr
gut vorstellen Illusionen, die Kombination von
Intrigen und Beobachtungssinn.

Discover the tea route and explore the
traditional side of Mauritius.
Start the day with a score of history by
visiting the magnificent colonial style
residence of "Le Domaine des Aubineaux",
formerly the house of a rich tea grower. This
high class residence has been turned into a
museum housing personal objects and family
photos.
At the tea factory of Bois Cheri, you may
watch the process of tea making and
discover all the secrets about tea while

visiting the tea museum. A tea tasting session
is organized at Bois Cheri’s chalet,
overlooking a panoramic view of the south of
the island.
Further south, discover Le Saint Aubin, a
colonial house built in 1819, where you may
enjoy a typical Mauritian Meal. You may also
visit the Vanilla and the Anthurium
greenhouses and watch the Rum making
process.
On your way to the south coast, you will stop
at Gris Gris’s viewpoint on top of the cliff and
a final halt is made at La Reserve des
Mascareignes where hundreds of Nile
crocodiles, some 300 giant tortoises and a
collection of about 20 000 species of insects,
including butterflies, are to be seen.
In St. Aubin werden Sie in einem prächtigen

Domaine d’Aubineux, ein Kolonialhaus, das in

Weiterfahrt Richtung Bois Chéri, wo Sie viel
zur Geschichte vom Tee in Mauritius
erfahren, der in Mauritius um 1765 eingeführt
wurde. Es werden verschiedene Teeproben
angeboten.

After lunch, visit Casela World of Adventures
stretched over 25 hectares, with some ninety
aviaries hosting about 1500 birds, a variety of
mammals and a petting farm set amongst
tropical flora.
The Casela World of Adventures entrance
ticket includes the following activities:
Toboggan, 3D Interactive map, Walk thru the
aviary, Safari photo, Big cats viewing, Giraffe
viewing, Kid’s playground and Petting farm.
Guests will also be able to enjoy several
activities such as Walk with lions, Zipline,

Heading South-East, you will start a colorful
journey which has the particularity of
combining land and sea activities.
Discover the marine park of Blue Bay, an
immense turquoise lagoon where you can
dive in a natural aquarium and encounter
colorful fish, such as the "Murène", the

"Perroquet" and the "Zèbre". You will be
surprised by the abundance of its flora, where
no less than 50 rare species of corals can be
found. Those fun of diving will be amazed,
and the uninitiated will be delighted!.
Once at the "Vallée de Ferney", a luxuriant
vegetation forest of 200 hectares, the nature
lovers will enjoy the aroma exhaled from
endemic trees and the melodious songs of
different birds of which the Mauritian "Merle",
the "Paille-en-queue" and the "Crécerelle".
You will then be invited to have lunch at the
restaurant of the Vallee de Ferney, which
focuses on Mauritian dishes using local
products such as fish, deer or wild boar.
Then, head towards the typical village of
Mahébourg, for the visit of the 'National
Museum of History'. This building which
dates back to 1760, redraws the history of the
colonization of the Mauritius Island and also
shelters the vestiges of the French-English
naval battle which took place at Vieux Grand
Port in 1810.

Die letzte Etappe der Tour führt zum
Mahébourg Naval Museum, das zum
Gedenken an die Seeschlacht von Vieux

Treat yourself to a memorable day, which will
be the highlight of your holidays. Choose a
catamaran cruise from Trou d’Eau Douce,
along the East Coast, towards "Ile aux Cerfs"
island, known for being a real pearl in the
Mauritian landscape.

The catamaran takes the participants to the
Grand River South East waterfall where they
take a small shuttle to enter the river mouth
and get close to the waterfall for some nice
pictures. The cruise then stops in the lagoon
and the guests can snorkel and enjoy the
underwater life (snorkeling equipments are
available on board).
After the snorkeling session, the crew set
sails towards the unique island of "Ile aux
Cerfs" with its legendary sandbank. On the
way to the island, the crew will prepare the
BBQ lunch (wine will be served during lunch drinks are unlimited all day) which will be
served to the clients on board when arriving
at the island. After lunch the participants will
have some free time to visit the island and
enjoy its white beaches.
In the afternoon, the catamaran cruises back
to Trou d'Eau Douce from where you will be
transferred to your hotel.

Speed Boat trip from Pointe Jerome, near the
authentic village of Mahébourg, towards "Ile
aux Cerfs", known for being a real pearl in the
Mauritian landscape. The boat takes the
guests for a snorkeling session in the Marine
Park of Blue Bay, where one can enjoy the
rich and diverse underwater life (snorkeling

snorkeling session, you will be brought to "Ile
de la Passe", a small historic island which
played an important role during the famous
Battle of Grand Port between the French and
the British Royal Navy.
You will then be visiting "Ile aux Phare",
another historic island that, due to its
geographic position, was a key point since

Lunch will be served in a secluded place of
"Ile aux Cerfs" before you visit the more
touristic place of this unique island. "Ile aux

heavenly landscape. You will then have some
free time to visit the island and enjoy its white
beaches.
Before going back to your hotel, you will be
visiting "Ile aux Aigrettes". The sparkling
waters of its beautiful lagoon, the ruins of an
old French limekiln and the dense green
canopy of the island’s forest welcomes you to
this charming domain where the mistress of
the place is none but mother nature.
Accompanied by the distant cooing of the
Pink Pigeon, discover along the way over 20
species of endemic plants.

Enjoy a full day Catamaran trip along the
West coast of Mauritius. Departing from the
jetty of Le Morne Anglers Club in Black River,
your itinerary will start with a cruise to "Ile
aux Bénitiers". On your way to the island, you
may admire the school of Spinner Dolphins
gathered in one of the bays along the
coastline - Pointe Moyenne, Tamarin or Black
River Bay. The crew will then bring you to ‘La
Preneuse’, one of the best snorkeling spot of
the area (equipment available on board).
Often seen on Mauritian post cards, you shall
then have a stop next to the Crystal Rock right
in the middle of La Gaulette’s lagoon where a
BBQ lunch will be served on board (drinks are
unlimited). You are then free to have a stroll
on the island's beach or to enjoy the crystalclear lagoon.

From the West coast, cruise towards Tamarin
Bay where Spinner Dolphins are often seen in
the morning. The spinner dolphin is a very
rare species of dolphin and its particularity is
to spin on itself while jumping out of the
water.

Leaving Grand Bay on the North Coast, you will
embark on a catamaran and sail in the immensity
of the Indian Ocean and head for a unique desert
island: white sand, sea shells, exotic fish and
magnificent coral, far from the noise.
After an hour of navigation, the "Coin de Mire"

reveals itself to you, island renowned for its
steep landforms and its Paille en Queue
offering a majestic Waltz…This site is
preserved and classified as protected nature
reserve and is therefore not accessible to the
public.
Round the corner from the "Coin de Mire", there
is a couple of paradise islands floating on a
sometimes turquoise, sometimes emerald
lagoon, where it is nice to spend a day
snorkeling. The friendly and professional crew
will prepare a barbecue lunch on board and
will serve unlimited wine, punch, beer, soft
drinks etc...

on the South-East coast of Mauritius, the
majestic "Ile des deux Cocos" rises out from

Along the north of "Ile des deux Cocos", lies
the pearl-white beaches and turquoise
waters of the lagoon. Calm and inviting, the
