1. INTRODUCTION
Let us give thanks and praise to God that He gives us
the blessing of a birthright to a Constitution that's designed
to protect the people from government abuse and a nation
of good brothers and sisters who aren’t afraid to use it.
Did you know that policemen have no lawful authority
whatsoever over sovereign civilians?
This Sovereign Civilian's Handbook is for those of us who
are fed up with the way government employees
misrepresent the laws of this country and abuse the power
that the American Jurisprudence allows them. It is also for
anyone who really believes in the American dream and
wants to preserve our way of life for countless generations
to come.

to the aid of their country. Our founding fathers expect
nothing less of us and the world has never been in more
dire need of a renewed patriotism. We must use the
Constitution and the Bill of Rights for what they were
designed to do: govern our country from within the private
sector.

So much has happened since I started writing the first
edition of American Freedom Made Easy for the "Wave
That Flag" tour in 2004 that I figure that I should probably
revise the whole book. I was really surprised when kids
came up to me in the parking lot with stories of how they
had been robbed by the cops on the way to the shows and
how they were so glad that I was out there with this
information. It was truly inspirational. What was even
better was that by the end of the tour I was getting
feedback from kids about occasions where using the
included paperwork actually caused the cops to release
them and give their money and their belongings back.
We printed the first official version of TITLE 4 FLAG SAYS
YOU’RE SCHWAG! Your Simple Guide to Sovereignty in
the beginning of 2007 and updated it for the 2008 tour.
Also I want to give thanks to the groundwork and research
that has been done by all of the red-blooded American
Patriots, Constitutionalists, Religious Freemen on-the-land,
And Sovereigns, namely: George Gordon, David-Wynn:
Miller, Bob Hallstrom, Howard Freeman, the Behold group,
Anti-Shyster newspaper, and all of the old schools and

that this revolution can be won in the courtrooms without
bloodshed; that believe that this country has a heart of gold.

f will almost always put the fear of God
in just about anyone. Nothing happens save by the will and
grace of the Lord. But with careful consideration and the
CERTIFIABLE KNOWLEDGE OF THE LAW one can keep
him/herself from being dragged through the legal ringer
and suffering public humiliation not to mention voluntary
membership to the local jail. I have personally applied
countless strategies throughout my career as a civil rights
investigator / litigant and herein reveal methods for
protecting yourself against any deprivation of rights under
pretense (color) of lawful authority.
The subjects of sovereignty, law and commerce have been
presented as mystical arts that only a fraternal alchemist
can be the master of. But that is just simply not the case…
We put this book together for you… playing field We the People. We condense most of the important
principles, strategies and laws into simple a guide to demystify the matter of Sovereignty and your rights.
Remember, knowledge is power so please, use this
knowledge wisely and responsibly.
We encourage you to
not get a group of neighbors together and form a Sovereign
Chamber of Commerce to regulate the commercial activities
of your public servants. It’s easy and builds a strong
community.
This is the information age and you will be amazed at how
much influence an organized group of sovereign civilians
can have on their community. As of 2008, we have
networked hundreds of sovereigns and sovereign groups
from coast to coast and even around the world.
Where law is based on the truth of the facts for the claim by
the law, we have gathered truth, facts, and law so that
every American can have a reference manual for the claim
of the inheritance of his/her own Sovereignty.

2. A Bit About Consent
“Because of what appears to be a lawful command on the
surface, many Citizens because of their respect for what
appears to be laws are cunningly COERCED into waiving
their rights due to ignorance.” (US. v. Minker, 350 US 179
at 187)
What is Consent?
Simply put, consent means to allow. Like saying, “O.k. you
can search my car but you won't find anything."
A Real Life Example…
My family and I were traveling across Oklahoma in a
Three-cylinder Geo Metro. We had stopped to help a turtle
that had been struck on 1-40. Goin' down the road feelin'
bad for this Turtle whose shell was busted open, some
Roofus, Okie, Deppity Sheriff pulls us over for-- two over-the recommended highway velocity. He said that he was
going to just give me a warning but he asked if I would step
out of the car (what a great bargain!)
The next thing I know, I'm sitting in his passenger seat
explaining to him that it is my PATRIOTIC DUTY to refuse
his search of our DWELLING-HOUSE.
He then informed me that where he comes from, refusal is
cause for a search with a dog. (He must not have come from
any of the UNITY-STATES of OUR WORLD.) Next, he
separated me from my wife to see if we had solidarity or
conflicting stories and then lied to her about the dog
signaling for drugs. Over our OBJECTION in the 104
degree heat of the Summer, pregnant Momma, kids, and a
broken turtle on the side of 1-40, this D.S. rummaged
through half of the contents of our DWELLING-HOUSE
and finally gave up when he found the unopened package of
dried henna with Hindi writing all over it and let us go with
a written warning (confession/evidence of rights violation as
far as I'm concerned).
Would you like it if that happened to you?
Well, that's about what I've got to say about consent.
3. What Continent Were You Born On?

There are a lot of people out there that don't seem to be
exercising what should come naturally to us all; common
sense.
Do you remember what you learned about America in grade
school? How they showed you how the American
government was organized by the founding fathers to
ensure freedom and equality for all people and that the
judiciary is designed to allow for fairness in resolving
discrepancies between the people?
How about when you got out in the real world and found
out that your local city and State governments seemed to
function as if they were foreign to your country?
Was it just you, or did everyone feel the same way?
Did you figure that what they taught you in school was a
lie, and that the real world was just a big military camp?

Did you start to hate the government and the country you
were born in?
Or did you fantasize that the various governments in this
country were always right no matter what because they are
more qualified to make decisions for the ignorant masses?
Well, we all make mistakes. Believe me, you are forgiven,
just as long as you didn't hurt or ruin anybody's life as a
result of your mistaken beliefs.
Let’s start at the
beginning...
at State Did You Come From?

of North
America, more specifically, one of the fifty States, united,
then you have the birthright to an inheritance that no
artificial person or foreign corporation can claim: American
civilian Citizenship and the Constitution by which the
American sovereigns govern their servants.
You came down the chute, most likely, in a port of entry
into this country, a hospital, and were confronted with
customs agents, nurses and doctors, before you met your
mother. They took full advantage of your mother's
vulnerability from the birthing process and convinced her
emotional mind that she had to enter into very specifically
designed contracts to be in compliance with "the law". Yes,
that ambiguous "it's the laaaaaw" that everyone seems to
sheepishly agree with. But do these queer folk really know
the law or are they just a bunch of cowardly peasants that
would rather live their lives by television lies and die by
pharmaceutical poison and exhaustion from paying
excessive taxes?
Back in the mid-late 20th century you had to be a
counterculture drop out living in a retired school bus on
commune in the back woods if you wanted to have a truly
free and sovereign American baby.
These days it is a lot easier to protect our offspring from the
customs agents at the hospitals.
What most people don't realize is that the birth certificates
are considered by the governments to be title to the body of
the individual whose name is on it, a contract with implied
status: State property. The SS# is an account set up to
manage money borrowed using the birth certificate as
collateral, the implication is that you are liable for the
repayment of the debt.
Another way to look at it is as if the Birth Certificate is the
equivalent to a business license (an artificial person) which
can make no claim for human rights. Why does your baby
need a certificate of registration and a debt management
account?
These things are a matter of choice and it's as easy as
saying, "We haven't decided the baby's name yet, and we’ll
fill out those papers later.” (tossing them in the circular file)
“By the way, we object to you registering this birth on our
behalf, if you do it will constitute fraud, thank you.”
If you did a home birth and your midwife didn't crack under
false sense of conscience you might have a truly sovereign
American child in your life. This is a very special blessing
because these children do not have to bear the burden of the
National debt. They are not like all the rest. They can be
brought up in knowledge of what it really means to be free.
The bottom line is that we are indeed all living souls in soilborn American bodies. Most of us just don’t know what it
really means to be sovereign or how to claim that status.
But that’s about to change because I am going to break it
down for you. And, If you know the truth and take the right
approach, you can dispel the darkness of ignorance with the
light of knowledge...Cockroaches always run from the light.

5. Subjects of the Crown
The fictional UNITED STATES Corporation still exists on
paper as a commercial enterprise with immense debt to
foreign bankers. As a matter of fact
corporation floundering in and out of bankruptcy since 1871
when
the civil war.

English bankers who proposed the offer to control American

How does U.S. Inc secure the loans?
The UNITED STATES corporation now uses your birth
certificate, filed as a registered security with the United
States Department of Commerce as collateral to secure

credit from the world bank; England's private bank, thus
making you liable for the national debt. Each 'strawman'
birth certificate is considered to be a fictitious person, a
second-class citizen, a corporation “Vessel of the United
States” that was voluntarily applied for by the parents and
created by the Birth Registrar of the State, another
corporation “Vessel of the United States”, For the purpose of
securing the national debt.
The UNITED STATES Corporation is a bankrupt
corporation that is deep in debt to the WORLD BANK
(England) and every U.S. citizen (vessel) including each
State, county and city is governed by their contracts created
under the UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE. And, the good
old U.S. of A considers its vessel-citizens liable for its debt,
therefore it loans huge sums of bank draft to States,
counties and cities so that they can in turn collect fines and
taxes from all of their subjects.
Your birth certificate is essentially a business license in the
form of a warehouse receipt for the registration of your
original birth record. Where the original is being stored on
your behalf by the UNITED STATES Corporation, it is
bonded and used as collateral for a loan of $1,000,000 that
is kept in your Social Security Treasury Direct Account.
TITLE 18 of the UNITED STATES CODE calls it a “Vessel
of the UNITED STATES”.

claim to be a citizen of the UNITED STATES you are
understood to be chattel of the commercial state,
ultimately a slave to the Crown of England. -Sound
familiar?
6. The Sovereigns
Webster’s Dictionary defines Sovereign:

entitled to, original and independent authority or
jurisdiction.

and supreme authority is vested; a chief ruler with supreme
power; a king or other ruler with limited power.

Sovereignty means having supreme dominion over your
realm -That you are the king of your own territory and are
governed by the Laws of God, not the laws of bankrupt
corporations and their security guards.
The root of the word is Severed:
Severed from government, not a subject.

know how to prove it. Fortunately, in this country we can
prove our sovereignty by official declaration upon public
records.
Look at it like the royalty in old Europe all had
pedigrees and paperwork proving their authority. Where do
you think all this law shite came from in the first place?
It still works the same way. Our founding fathers made a
way for intelligent men to be sovereign kings of their
private domains. You are presumed, by tacit (silent)
admission to be a subject of corporation government if
you have not declared sovereignty.

7. Are You the Name?
There is a big difference between a name and an appellation.
The Name:
% sound and visual symbols that exist simply to acknowledge
and reference something that factually exists.
In matters of law the way the name appears represents
your social class. For example, regarding the origins of
modern language, in the time of the Phoenicians (phonetics)
the use of lower case letters was reserved for the royalty
and the use of upper case letters for slaves.
"Nom de guerre" (F. war name): a fictitious name:

Since commercial enforcement is military, the name can
still be considered a shield which protects the soft human
soul from the harsh dealings and realities of the outside
world. In modern context it can be considered a storefront
or means of engaging in commerce with the world outside
the surface of your skin.
Where the name appears in all caps, FIRST MIDDLE
LAST, as on the Birth Certificate or driver’s license, it can
be considered an artificial person and public like WALMART.
Look at it like a DBA business name. First-Middle: Last:
(the real you) Doing Business as FIRST MIDDLE LAST
the corporation. The first a fact, a real living, breathing,
thinking human and the latter a fictional corporation
franchisee of the UNITED STATES corporation or a
privately owned business shield.
The Appellation:
Your appellation on the other hand, is what we call you, it
is a way for entities, in fact souls to identify with each
other.
And, where the name appears on a record in proper English
format in upper and lower case letters this can be
considered a true Christian Appellation referencing the
private human; like this: First-Middle: Last

This means that corporations cannot lawfully bring suit
against humans. But humans can bring suit against
corporations.
According to the US government manual on styles and
writings, where the name in the ALL CAPITAL LETTERS
means that person is either DEAD or a CORPORATION.
There is also a very big difference between your autograph
and your sign-ature.
The Autograph:
Your autograph represents the character of the human soul.
And your autograph is among your most valuable assets. It
is not a good idea to autograph a contract without reserving
your rights (which will be covered in the next section.)

If you must carry a driver's license you should get a new
one with a reservation of rights above your autograph on
the license itself. As a matter of fact it is wisest to reserve
your rights in any agreement, just in case there is some
small print that suggests waiver of your God given freedom.
The Sign-ature:
Due to the nature of commercial law, a sign-ature is
considered an advertisement, a sign, for the business.
8. Are You Fact or Fiction?

The Government Is Contrivance Of The Mind
Government is an idea, a fiction, and can only do business
as a fiction, with a fiction.- This is why they try to shackle
you with the fiction birth certificate name and Gregorian
date of birth from the moment you breathe.
Remember the movie “The Wizard of Oz”? That was more
than a children's movie; it was made shortly after the
Federal Reserve Act and was Hollywood’s way of showing
Americans how to get their freedom back. Unfortunately, it
went right over everyone's heads.
One of the “alter egos” that accompanied Dorothy along the
gold-brick road was a “STRAWMAN”. If you look in any law
dictionary you will find that that is a legal term. It means a
fake person or dummy put up as a bond.

substance, put forward as bail or surety.

Now how does this affect you? Look on your driver's
license...All caps. Look at the bottom. Oops, you signed the
contract! Did you reserve the rights for the human with the
same name in that contract?
A Corporation is an Artificial Person. It cannot think, act,
or speak. It must have someone speak for it. (Enter: the
attorney)
The Plain Facts:
A living, thinking, breathing, human being, created by God
and born from the womb of a Mother and the seed of a
Father, on American soil, before witnesses is an undeniable
fact, and cannot be mistaken for a particular arrangement
of capitalized letters or spoken sounds.
Under the rules recognized by modern courts, you must
make a clear distinction between you the fact, and the
fictitious “STRAWMAN”, by declaration on the record. Only
this way can you expect your sovereignty to be recognized
in a modern-day courtroom.
Remember the end of the movie when Dorothy found out
that the entire persona of the Wizard was just a veil of
lights and illusions? Well, bingo. You just found out that
the government is a fiction, not a fact like yourself, a living
soul, but a fiction.

9. Gold Dollars or Funny Money?
Greenbacks, AKA #. ##/ aren't
really money. They are insurance script otherwise known as
“Fiat” or empty money. In fact they are nothing more than
I.O.U.'s issued by a private bank and are backed by nothing
but an empty promise. They are the property of the
FEDERAL RESERVE BANK and if you are in possession of
FEDERAL RESERVE BANK notes you owe that amount in
actual debt to the FEDERAL RESERVE BANK. The
government employees are merely collection agents for the
FEDERAL RESERVE BANK and they merely want to
collect your debt.
F.R.N.'s are not the only currency in circulation in America.
You can now use real gold and silver backed American
Liberty Dollars (silverbacks) to buy your groceries. This
shifts the power from the banks back to the people and
frees you from corporate slavery. For the price of a money
order and a stamp, you can convert your worthless
banknotes into real money backed by precious metals.
With the failed economy it has become very popular to be
investing n real gold and silver coins. The Liberty Dollars
are quite beautiful and once you've got them in your hands,
you would rather have the silver backed money than those
nasty, worthless IOU's taking up all the space in the money
drawer. If you spend a thousand bucks a month, you can
totally invigorate the economy of any small town and get
the community reevaluating their entire financial scheme.
If you are earning money on the road, the safest thing to do
is to use Postal Money Orders which are backed with
gold by the U.S. Treasury. The cops don't want them
because you have your name on your money. You should
use increments of $100.00 so you can break them at any
small town post office. And you can have records if a jail
tries to launder them.
10. Right of Travel or Privilege to Drive
You can say you have the right to travel until you’re blue in
the face but unless you can show a cop that you are the
Sovereign, that you are with the Sovereign Authority and
you are giving the orders, you’re gonna deal with
paperwork.
We use a little contract offer for the answering of questions
for the $15,000 gold fee for the service in the shape of a
business card.
Now, upon contact, if that’s all you give him then he’s gotta
enter it into evidence and accept the terms of the contract
or give it back. So either way we win. Most of the time they
just hand it back after a few minutes and say “thank you

11. The Law of the Land and the Law of the
Sea…
It turns out that the Mormon church A.K.A. L.D.S. or
Laodecians, are very powerful because their church
hierarchy is very similar to the structure of the Military or
that of bees in a hive. They clearly understand the natural

Nature’s God and that when everyone is happily serving in

While we were in town, we were invited to the Temple
Square where they have that big choir sing pop music.
While we were inside the Temple Square, something very
heavy was revealed to me, something that would cause any
intelligent church member to reconsider blind acceptance of
the commands of the elders of the church, which in Utah, is
married to the state.
Hewn in huge letters on the main wall inside the Square
was something to the effect that it is the Lord’s will that we
abide by the laws of the Land. This is why all them goodytwo-shoes Mormons are so law-abiding. Their mistake is in
following the Law Merchant rather than the Law of the
Land, the Holy Bible. The Mormons have forsaken the Law
of the Land and are obedient to the Admiralty/Maritime
commerce laws of the sea. Wait until these people hear
about this and realize just how badly they’ve been
exploited. It is blind faith in leaders that has resulted in the
exploitation of so many of the world’s cultures with
voracious and genocidal corporations. It may be enough to
get these good but rather naïve people to reconsider blind
faith and make some real changes in their associations and

%n the American Common Law, "criminal" is an act which
produces a victim. So a crime exists only when there is a
victim with actual damages like a broken arm. If a cop
damages you, there is a crime because you are the victim.

Maritime - or commercial contract law originates in the
rules of trade upon the high seas between international
merchants and is enforced by military organizations.

All birth certificates, licenses, registrations, insurances,
bank accounts, permits, titles, deeds, etc. are commercial
contracts created under the UCC - (Uniform Commercial
Code) and these artificial persons are who the actions are
being brought against, not you, the Sovereign American
National, but the storefront. Most people do not know that
commercial law cannot regulate private dealings between
civilians, much less where to draw the line.
Where does one draw the line?
At the UCC
The Uniform Commercial Code was adopted by all
states in 1964, making all State Corporations abide by
Maritime shipping rules. Take a look in the first part of
every Federal and State code books and you will the find
the Uniform Commercial Code immediately following the
respective Constitutions and consistent throughout.
UCC 1-103.6 defines how contract law must be in
compliance with the rules of the common law providing
there is made known the reservation of common law rights.
"The Code is complimentary to the Common Law,
which remains in force, except where displaced by the
code. A statute should be construed in harmony with the
Common Law, unless there is a clear legislative intent to
abrogate the Common Law." (UCC 1-103.6)

What's the remedy?
UCC 1-308. Performance or acceptance under
Reservation of Rights.
"A party who, with explicit reservation of rights, performs
or promises performance or assents to performance in a
manner demanded or offered by the other party does not
thereby prejudice the rights reserved. Such words as
"WITHOUT PREJUDICE”,” UNDER PROTEST" or the
like are sufficient."
"The making of a valid Reservation of Rights preserves
whatever rights the person then possesses, and prevents
the loss of such rights by application of concepts of waiver
or estoppels." (UCC 1-308.7)
It is important to remember that the court is a maritime
tribunal of international, commercial jurisdiction, so if you
go into court and say: "I DEMAND MY CONSTITUTIONAL
RIGHTS!", the judge will most likely say, "You mention the
Constitution again, and I'll find you in contempt of court!"
The reason is that in his maritime court of contract law the
Constitution doesn’t apply. But UCC 1-103 invokes common
law and the oath he has sworn to uphold the Constitution.
The rule here is: you cannot be charged under one
jurisdiction and defend yourself under another jurisdiction.
For example, if the French government came to you and
asked where you filed your French income tax of a certain
year, do you go to the French government and say "I
demand my Constitutional Rights?" No. The proper answer
is: "THE LAW DOES NOT APPLY TO ME. I AM NOT A
FRENCHMAN." You must make your reservation of rights
under the jurisdiction in which you are charged, not under
some other jurisdiction. So in a UCC court, you must claim
your Reservation of Rights under UCC 1-308.
UCC 1-308 goes on to say...
"When a waive-able right or claim is involved, the failure to
make a reservation thereof, causes a loss of the right, and
bars its assertion at a later date." (UCC 1-308.9)
You have to make your claim known early. Further, it
says:
"The Sufficiency of the Reservation: any expression
indicating an intention to reserve rights is sufficient, such
as "without prejudice". (UCC 1-308.4)
Whenever you sign any legal paper that deals with Federal
Reserve Notes, write "Without Prejudice (UCC 1-308.4) "
directly above your autograph.
Like this:
“WITHOUT PREJUDICE” UCC 1-308”

This reserves your rights. You can show, at UCC 1-308.4,
that you have sufficiently reserved your rights. When you
use "without prejudice UCC 1-308" in connection with

intentionally. I do not accept the liability of the compelled

not tried to understand the concepts involved. He only
wanted to use it to get out of the ticket. He did not know
what it meant. When the judge asked him what he meant
by signing in that way, he told the judge he was not
prejudice against anyone... The judge knew that the man
had no idea what it meant, and he lost the case. You must
know what it means!
Keeping contracts Private
A commercial contract is a binding guarantee of
performance by the parties involved but you should always
separate the private individual from the corporation
contract by reserving the rights of the human that is the
agent for the contract with the phrase:

Artificial persons exist only on paper and have no
“Constitutional” rights. And unless privately owned, are
subject to admiralty/maritime law. If you admit to being
the all caps name, you will likely be shanghaied.
You may want to secure the exclusive private use of any all
capital letter likenesses of your name by copyrighting
them as trade phrases or trade secrets. That way if any
body uses your copyrighted trade secret for profit (on a
warrant) you can send them a bill for their use or in the
alternative charge them with copyright and trade phrase
infringement and identity theft.

Every country of this world recognizes the “International
law of the flag” treaty and all government offices must by
law, display the flag of their jurisdiction. The courts of our
great land are equally bound by this international law.
The Peacetime Civil Flag
The proper red, white, and blue Title 4 U.S.C. Section 1,
Chapter 1 Civilian American Flag of the unity States of
America with no yellow coloring or fringe takes precedence
over all other flags because it is the flag of America the
Nation, with an organic constitution. It has very specific
dimensions that are defined in TITLE 4 of the UNITYSTATES CODE at CHAPTER 1: SECTIONS 1 and 2, it
establishes the civilian jurisdiction for all courts in the
united States of America, and its presence invokes
constitutional authority. This civilian authority is
mandated in almost all the State constitutions.

A vessel or body flying the flag of its jurisdiction
advertises its country of origin, that country’s
constitution, and the rights protected by it. It's
always been that way and it always will.
Sec.22. - Flags manufactured or purchased for the use of
executive agencies:
(a) Shall conform to the provisions of Part I of this order,
except as may be otherwise authorized pursuant to the
provisions of section 24, or except as otherwise authorized
by the provisions of section 21, of this order.

agencies other than the Department of Defense may, for
cause which the Secretary or the Administrator, as the case
may be, deems sufficient, make necessary minor
adjustments in one or more of the dimensions or
proportionate dimensions prescribed by this order, or
authorize proportions or sizes other than those
prescribed by section 3 or section 21 of this order.
(b) So far as practicable, (1) the actions of the Secretary of
Defense under the provisions of section 24(a) of this order,

Department of Defense, shall be coordinated, and (2) the
Secretary and the Administrator shall mutually coordinate

drawing, or any advertisement of any nature upon any flag,

or shall expose or cause to be exposed to public view any
such flag, standard, colors, or ensign upon which shall have
been printed, painted, or otherwise placed, or to which shall
be attached, appended, affixed, or annexed any word,
figure, mark, picture, design, or drawing, or any
advertisement of any nature; or who, within the District of
Columbia, shall manufacture, sell, expose for sale, or to
public view, or give away or have in possession for sale, or

represented on any substance, of any size evidently
purporting to be either of said flag, standard, colors,
or ensign of the United States of America or a picture
or a representation of either, upon which shall be shown

From a Military Standpoint
Flags are of two general classes...those flown from
stationary masts over army posts, and those carried by
troops in formation. The former are referred to by the
general name of flags. The later are called colors when
carried by dismounted troops.
The gold-fringed flag only stands inside military courts that
sit in summary court martial proceedings against civilians
and such courts are governed in part by local rules, but
more especially by "The Manual of Courts Martial",
U.S., 1994 Ed., at Art. 99, (c)(1)(b), pg. IV-34, PIN
030567-0000, U.S. Government Printing Office, Wash.
D.C. The details of the crimes that civilians can commit,

COLORS AND STANDARDS
“...are more nearly square than flags and are made of silk,
with a knotted fringe of yellow on three sides. . .use of a flag
-- the most general and appropriate use of the flag is as a
national symbol of authority and power." (National

The adornments (FINIAL) on the top of the flag pole are for
military use only. The gold eagle is for the use of the
President of the United States only, and only in time of
war. The gold spear ball is for military recruiting centers
only. The gold acorn is for military parades only. (Army

15.What is Martial Law?
Also know as Admiralty Law, National Emergency or
Police State, Martial Law is where the government has
declared a military control of the population. Under martial
law, you are presumed guilty until proven innocent. It is
the armed enforcement of shipping laws regulating
commercial contracts with severe penalties.
The Admiralty power originates in article III: sec. 1 of
the Constitution for the united States of America.
This is quoted directly from the U.S. Marshal's web
site:
"Admiralty law or maritime law is the distinct body of law
(both substantive and procedural) governing navigation and
shipping. Topics associated with this field in legal reference
works may include: shipping; navigation; waters;
commerce; seamen; towage; wharves, piers, and
docks; insurance; maritime liens; canals; and
recreation. Piracy (ship hijacking) is also an aspect of
admiralty. The courts and Congress seek to create a
uniform body of admiralty law both nationally and

specific statutes, the authority of a district court is
generally limited to the geographical limits of the
district, including the territorial waters bordering the

Here’s a simple way to side-step the whole “name”
thing: When they ask for a last name say “Sovereign” and
just tell them that the Angel of the Lord has not revealed
the baby’s name to you yet and you are too exhausted from
the birth to fill out paperwork. Tell them you will take the
papers with you to fill them out later when you are ready.
This way, when they make an entry in the hospital record,
it reads “SOVEREIGN, BOY” (of course in all caps). Now if
the birth registrar registers that name, she has solved
much of your name problem right out of the chute.
Original Birth Record with Footprints - Almost all
hospitals will give you an original birth record with
footprints that they call a souvenir. This is not a toy or
keepsake. This is the actual hospital proof of nativity and
will get you a passport without a birth certificate.
Newspaper Announcement – Of course you want the
world to know of your baby’s birth, so this is the one form at
the Hospital that you do want to fill out. This is actually a
very practical way to make a public record of your child’s
birth. Contrary to popular belief, it is very easy to make it
in life without a Birth certificate and SS Number.
Hospital Letterhead - If the hospital does not give you a
“complimentary birth record” card with the baby’s
footprints you can very politely ask for a letter on
hospital letterhead, for proof of the birth, that states the
time and date of baby’s birth, footprints, and with the
signature of the person who delivered your baby.
Pre and Post-natal reports – the entire medical record
can be gotten from the Hospital and your doctor.

Bible Record – Get a family Bible with a records page and
record the birth.
Postmarked Letters – Keep your letters to and from
Grandma, they work well to prove identity.
Letter from the State Registrar - Since you did not
apply for a birth certificate and you told the hospital in
writing that you did not want your baby’s birth on public
record, you can now get a letter from the State
Registrar, stating that no record for a baby of that name
or by that mother exists. If one for newborn male/female
comes up you can call the State Registrar and explain that
the hospital registrar has committed fraud and that you are
a Religious Freeman and your religion dictates that you
cannot have your baby’s birth on public file.
School Enrollment - If you find a school that will
cooperate with you, you can get your child enrolled and use
the School Enrollment to prove Citizenship as well. Be
careful about public schools because the “no child left
behind act” requires schools to give your child’s name to the
military.
If you are a purist and are living a totally Jedi life, you may
want to avoid the “STRAWMAN” Birth Certificate and
Taxpayer Identification (SS) Number application altogether
because this is what creates the doppelganger, artificial

4. Bring a lancet or pin, photo id, inkpad, twenty dollars,

are putting a legal document in the mail and that you
would like him to sign off on it. (Remember to smile and

If a Judge, D.A., policeman or jailer assumes that you are a

18.Security Guards for the State
The United States is a corporation and the cities and
states are subsidiaries borrowed out on the federal dime, so
it goes to figure that the police on the streets are pretty
much the equivalent of independent contractors acting
as collection agents for the FEDERAL RESERVE BANK.
Their jobs are in making sure that the franchisee/strawmen
(Vessels of the United States) are following the rules and
paying their taxes and their debts.
The constitution does not give authority for the
creation of city governments. City governments are
corporate franchisees of the UNITED STATES Corporation,
created under the laws of commerce and their collecting
fines in insurance script. They are governed by the rules of

Secretaries of State, Legislators, County Commissioners,
Mayors, City Mangers, Police Chiefs, and Council Members

walk you better have all your ducks in a row.
Bound by Oath
The Constitution is the foundation of a nation. The
Articles of amendment exist to protect Sovereign
American Nationals from political rascals and every
public servant must swear an oath in God’s Name to
uphold the Constitution for the United States of
America. You should remind them constantly, and bind
them to it.
Read the Constitution, and know that the Bill of Rights
only protects Sovereign civilians, for failure to uphold their
oath can cause any public servant to lose their job.
Can a Judge or a policeman be a Christian?

Yehshua Christ said in Matthew 5:34 that Christians
cannot swear oaths, and in Verse 37 - that any testimony
beyond a "yes" or "no" answer is evil. Is your local court for
Christ or is it Anti Christ?
In your once great nation there was a time when an oath to
God put an END to all argument. Hebrews 6:16. Is this
court rule available to you in your local courtroom?
According to all Encyclopedias, an oath is always a religious
ceremony. Does your court require separation of their
church from their state? In their courts, you must place

priest with your right hand. This is worshiping a false god.

of an oligarchy. Our judges are as honest as other men,
and not more so. They have, with others, the same
passions for party, for power, and the privilege of their
corps ... their power the more dangerous as they are in
office for life, and not responsible as the other
functionaries are, to the selective control. The
Constitution has erected no such single tribunal, knowing
that, to whatever hands confided, with the corruptions of
time and party, its members would become despots."
19.A Real Life Case of Kidnapping
It just so happens that the very same woman from the
Lawrence Kansas case, had a case in Frederick, Maryland,
in April of 2008 where the cops got a call about a baby and
a man with dreadlocked hair in a Motor Home. Little did
they know that we are a rolling setup: a reverse-sting in
progress by Sovereignty Press and the Sovereign
Civilian Police Observation Task Force (SC-POTF)
and we’re just looking to make money offa these felonious
public employees. It can psychologically destroy the average
American to be surrounded and ransacked by police thugs.
But not us. So what happened with Sovereign American
Nationals and Sovereignty Press when the cops showed up?
“We were outside the van, “Betty the Baitmobile” scoping
out a place to get the baby some dinner when we saw the
cops surrounding the motor home. The Mom went to the
van to get some warmer clothes for the baby and the police
began interrogating her and her boyfriend. The baby was in
her stroller at the restaurant with me. So, because they
couldn’t find a baby, they decided to bring a dog to search
“Betty the Baitmobile”.
They completely ransacked “Betty” our Sacred Family
Temple, which we were traveling in, and dumped the
contents of about 20 very organized handbags and
backpacks out all over the stove, bed and floor, thereby
profaning our sanctum sanctorum.
When they found nothing they could steal, they sent the
Lieutenant to scour the promenade for the Dread-I Mastah
with the baby. “Are you Sovereign: Godsent” he yelled from
his car. Dude and five other dudes in costumes wouldn’t
touch me but told me what was happening back at “the
Baitmobile.”
Now, the baby and Mom live in a home out in the
woods and were merely traveling to one of our
Religious Conventions in our carriage or conveyance
which we have a right to do without obstruction.
We thought Frederick a quaint little town and were merely
stopping for dinner, but they insisted that we were
inhabiting the van under their state and city rules. Had we
relied upon the “living in it” point, we would have insisted
that it was our Dwelling-House but at the time we made it
cleat that we were “en route”. When I strolled the baby back
up to her Mom, the 13 cops in at least 8 squad cars had
made such a display of their fraternity that they couldn’t
have sovereigns stand them down. With no cause or respect
for the integrity of the constitution which they had all
violated, they pulled the most underhanded and evil tactic
in their bag of tricks: as if this was involving a resident of
STATE OF MARYLAND(all caps corporation): they called
in a social worker to examine the “living conditions
of the motor home.” Straight-up evil. They towered over
us inside a circle of about 8-10 uniformed employees.

It was after dark but the state employee just hopped right
up into the motor home and started taking photos of the
mess the cops made. Shortly thereafter, the “public
servant” threatened the mother with taking the child if she
did not agree to an interview, so what’s a mother with a
recorder rolling to do? Open mouth lady, insert foot. The
Social Worker had no soul and feigned that the van was
unfit to inhabit and thereafter kidnapped the baby with full
knowledge of the fact that the mother and baby live in a
beach house in an entirely different but adjacent State. The
cops drove off with the baby in a squad car leaving the
mother crying in the street with her recorder rolling. This
will be concluded in the chapter: Why Don’t I Want a

proximate result of conduct prohibited by this section, and
the violation is by means of fire or an explosive, a fine
under this title or imprisonment for not more that 40 years,
or both;
(3) if bodily injury to any person, including any public
safety officer performing duties as a direct or proximate
result of conduct prohibited by this section, results from the
acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts
include the use, attempted use, or threatened use of a
dangerous weapon, explosives, or fire, a fine in accordance
with this title and imprisonment for not more than 20
years, or both; and
(4) in any other case, a fine in accordance with this title
and imprisonment for not more than one year, or both.
(e) No prosecution of any offense described in this section
shall be undertaken by the United States except upon the
certification in writing of the Attorney General or his
designee that in his judgment a prosecution by the United
States is in the public interest and necessary to secure
substantial justice.
(f) As used in this section, the term "religious real property"
means any church, synagogue, mosque, religious cemetery,
or other religious real property, including fixtures or
religious objects contained within a place of religious
worship.
(g) No person shall be prosecuted, tried, or punished for
any non-capital offense under this section unless the
indictment is found or the information is instituted not
later than 7 years after the date on which the offense was
committed.

Making a Record
Can enough be said about the importance of the
written word? Without a record of your life, how does
anyone know that you were ever here at all?
If you want to keep yourself and family safe from police
harassment in this day and age it's easy. You might as well
be prepared. Cops are scared of getting caught by
witnesses on video and audio.
For your own safety and protection of your real property,
you should get in the habit of recording every detail
in an encounter. Names, badges, license plates, unit
numbers, times and landmarks.

In the courts, all that actually matters is what goes onto the
record. It holds all of the truth, facts, and law about the
case, all of the evidence, and all of the claims made. If
you've got the record stacked in your favor you have a good
chance of making it big. Consistently, the guy with the most
orderly stack of paper usually wins.
The most important documents that you should have
recorded are the Claim for the Life, Declaration of
Sovereignty and the flag law papers from the disk.
Recording Proof of Service Internationally
The whole purpose of the record is to prove the facts of the
case. Sometimes the courts can inconveniently lose your file
and say they have no record of your paperwork. The best
way to prove that documents were served to the court is to
send them Registered mail, return-receipt. Registered mail
is given an international tracking number so that you can
prove in any jurisdiction that your documents were
delivered. This can be used for all official records.
In the case of a Declaration of Sovereignty this would be set
to the GOVERNOR (commander in chief of the police forces)
SECRETARY OF STATE and ATTORNEY GENERAL for
any state that you would be traveling through.
Don't forget the fax transmission receipt to show a cop that
it's on file if you get stopped. Once the Attorney General
and Governor are with the TITLE 42 CH. 21, SEC. 1986
KNOWLEDGE OF THE LAW they cannot allow their State
agents to commit the fraud against you and their Oath,
otherwise it constitutes collusion and conspiracy.
Keeping notes is equally important if you go to jail. Often
times the jailers will threaten you or violate your rights so
it’s good to take notes with ketchup, on a paper bag if you
have to, because it will matter. Constantly demand a pencil
so that you can make note of all of your demands and the
people, times and places by which you were denied your
rights. You will be given a bunch of contract offers so you
better sign everything “WITHOUT PREJUDCIE UCC 1308” or “UNDER THREAT OF SLAVERY”. Make lots of
notes with names, times, departments and anything else
you might want to prove in court.

rogue public servants and organizations that practice abuse

because these guys are obviously barbarians still living in

22. Setting the Stage for a Law Suit
I have been stopped by a lot of bigots in disguise as law
enforcers, and I really have no sympathy whatsoever for
men and women so anti-Christian that they would exploit
the people of our country and break an oath made with God,
to uphold the Constitution. I do believe that any imposter
with that kind of evil intent needs to be disarmed and
secured to a cardboard sign on the street corner.

everything and the time to sue in federal court is when an
agent of a bankrupt corporation deprives you of your rights
under color of law.
Any suggestion of a "crime" where there is no victim is a
reason to invoke the constitution and any human contact is
good grounds for federal action. If an agent approaches you
and suggests that he has authority over your person, then
you must ask yourself these questions: Is the door locked?
Did I make a victim of another man? Can this employee
prove where he gets his authority? Am I a driver's license?
Do I want to be polite or do I want to go to jail? And,
where’s my recorder?
A successful legal action is like a play that you have to
rehearse for, again and again until you know the story so
well that if another actor changes his line you can still get
the audience to give you a standing ovation. You want to
make sure that you have sent box seat tickets to the most
important people in society like the Governor, the Attorney
General, the Secretary of State, the Mayor, the Police Chief,
the District Attorney, the U.S. Marshal, and of course the
Newspapers. That way you get rave reviews and end up
with a box office smash.
The most sound and complete way to do this is to make
public and well known your record by sending that packet
registered mail, return receipt, to the Governor and
Attorney General of your state, and certified mail, return
receipt to the Mayor, D.A. and Police Chief of your town,
file it with the county recorder and announce it on public
radio before you ever have to deal with public servants.
That way when it gets to federal court, nobody can say that
they didn't get the information or the asseveration came
after the fact and dispute it.
If you are approached by an employee you can hand him a
copy of your record upon request of ID, say to him that the
Governor has been legally noticed, and that it would be his
mistake if he did something foolish on the Governor's
behalf. You could also inform him that if he elects to neglect
your un-a-lien-able rights, that the matter would
immediately be taken up in Federal Court well above and
beyond his jurisdiction. It is always a good idea to the travel
with witnesses and a small recording device. You may also
point out that any verbal or written confessions, warnings,
tickets or contracts with his/her name on them can and will
be used as evidence to prove deprivation of your rights
under color of law, and that ignorance of the law (Federal
Code) is no excuse.
Corporate franchisees that take pay in the form of
FEDERAL RESERVE BANK notes don’t have any rights
until they are off the clock. Handcuffs and police radios are
not a God-given right they are a privilege. Like any
privilege, when abused, they should be taken away.
23. Checking Cops with the Reverse Sting
(Use this section at your own risk! We cannot be held
liable for any of your experiments.)
This section is designed to help you be dynamic when
approached by corporation agents. Every situation is
different. Basically there are three simple rules when facing
a line of questioning. It is no joke! Jailers, clerks, D.A.’s,
cops, and bonds’men are all co-conspiring scammers so we
really do have to get evidence and shut them down!!!

So the first rule of a contact is, be quiet, shut up and
don't say anything! Let the damn fool shoot him-self in
the foot.
Remember, "Everything that you say can and WILL be
used AGAINST you." The state cannot take jurisdiction if
you don't state a name. Their goal is to get you to
volunteer evidence to incriminate yourself. The
Master asks the questions, the slave answers the questions.
So turn it around; the master of the ship with the contract
offer. Do not volunteer any information or answer
any questions. They can't build a case if you don't give
them any information about yourself. Oftentimes fools
volunteer themselves right into handcuffs. But this works
on them too because everything they do, beyond ask
questions for less than 7 minutes, is a violation of their oath
to uphold the Constitution.
Get in the habit of scanning badges and cars for names
and unit numbers and speaking them into your recorder
like a reporter because details are everything.

If an agent stops you and begins questioning you, don't get
all nervous and reactive because they love it when you’re
skeer'd. It makes them feel good and gives them an excuse
to say you were not cooperative.
Just take the upper hand! Whip out your own contract
offer and be the one to do the questioning.
Get your recorder rolling and don't roll your window all
the way down. Just hand him your contract offer and get
his name, badge, rank and employer. Let him know you are
recording him and if it’s a video camera make sure he can
see that you’ve gotten his face in the lens. Sometimes that
alone is enough to get a cop to respect your rights and leave
you alone. If he asks you why… tell him that you‘re a
reporter with “Sovereignty Press” and you’re in the
neighborhood conducting an investigation in police
brutality for a youtube channel called “Sovereign
Copwatch” Give him the web address and tell him he
will be on youtube tonight. Tell him to go to our web
site and see all of the other cops we’ve busted. Tell
him this before you give him a chance to violate his oath to
uphold the Constitution and become a liability to the force.
The reasoning behind the reverse-sting is that there have
been a lot of incidents of police brutality by renegade
enforcers and it’s up to the People to be ready at any time to
make sure they don't step out of line and commit real
crimes.
Oh, and when he walks away, say a prayer. Tell God that
you know that he has made this happen for a good reason
and that you trust Him.

employer, superior and declare his flag before he gets any

he does not want to bring any bad publicity to his division."

With the Socratic Method, answering with only questions,
you can educate the agent on his status as an employee of
commercial corporation under commercial law; of your
sovereign status; that you reserve all of your rights under
the UCC 1-308 “WITHOUT PREJUDICE”; and that you
cannot be mistaken for a 14th amendment citizen. If you

have a driver's license with the reservation of rights on it,
you should point out the reservation to him.
If he disrespects the flag, make note on the record and
inform him that disrespect for the flag is anti-American, a
federal offense and that he must honor the FLAG and your
Sovereignty. If he does not honor the TITLE 4 FLAG inform
him that he must call a U.S. MARSHAL for a CITIZENS
ARREST. Most of the time he will honor the FLAG.
If he isn't nice, politely ask him if he is new to his job, and
request that he call his superior officer to the scene because
his conduct appears to be unprofessional.
If he gets belligerent with you and you have a cell phone,
dial 911 and report a civil rights violation and request a
U.S. Marshal for a CITIZEN'S ARREST. All 911 calls are
recorded. Ask him if his supervisor would be embarrassed
or offended by his conduct.
Sometimes a little humor is the best way to deal with them
so as soon as you hand them your info, ask them if it's
gonna take more than 7 minutes and if they could order a
pizza cause you're pretty hungry.
If he is new to the force he might think he's God and try to
yank you out of your vessel so you better have your door
locked(always expect it) always cry out in pain and describe
the actions to the recorder if he gets violent. It also makes
them ease up before they really put the torque on you.
If he tells you that he's gonna arrest you say to him:
"I was just passin’ through, I mean, you don't really want
me moving to this town for two years to teach all of the
locals how to be sovereign while I counter-sue for taking my
time?", "by the way, where's the food stamp office?", "do you
guys have any gas vouchers?" works pretty good too. You
could always ask him if he really wants you to inform the
Governor of the little extortion racket he's got going on
here. - Use your imagination.
Expect the unexpected. You may be kidnapped by a
FOREIGN FLAG. If so, the jail will likely want to get rid of
you as soon as possible.

Now when a government agent violates your rights, he loses
his immunity from prosecution -- IF IT'S HANDLED
CORRECTLY. Of course, you have to know what those
rights are, or you'll never know if they're being violated. So,
we have included the Bill of Rights at the end of the book.
When a government agent is stepping outside the bounds
wherein he would be protected by "sovereign immunity",
and he is violating your right, you are required to tell him,
to give him "constructive notice" of his violation of law, just
as he would inform YOU of some of your rights if he were to
arrest YOU. If you don't do that, the courts will not
entertain your lawsuit for damages later.
You have to tell him what rights he is violating, what laws
he is breaking, what the penalties are that he is risking,
and what action is open to him so that he doesn't break the
law. If on giving him notice, he corrects his error, then
there is no need to take him to court over any damages. We
all are required to behave so as to minimize damages to
ANYONE, including ourselves.
First make it clear that you protest the action, and it will be
their mistake if they deprive you of your rights under color
of law. The trick here is to make sure that you have not
"consented" to the interrogation or search.
Always object to any contract offer presented with the use
of force or threat. State “I cannot consent to that; for the
record, I object.”

Well then, it looks like you've probably got yourself a pretty
hefty lawsuit against the perpetrator for kidnapping and
holding you for a ransom. That's treason buddy.
Whatever you do, DON'T PANIC IT'S ORGANIC. Your
recorder is likely still rolling (especially if it is on your
chest, under your shirt.) Just look at it as a little vacation
from the rigors of the road. Have a laugh about it because
you know these guys are gonna get busted and if you follow
through with a suit, you will get paid.
Remember you are not a corporation and even in jail you
are still sovereign and have free will. Tell them that you are
trained by your legal counsel and that you cannot volunteer
for any of their programs including giving away your
personal property, such as your money, your clothing, your
photograph, your fingerprints (yes those are your personal
property too) Tell them that you are not interested in
disrobing and volunteering yourself into their jail uniform.
If they order you to do so tell them you are a Sovereign
American with the TITLE 4 FLAG not a corporate
franchisee of the State, that even in shackles you are free,
not a slave, and that if they want your stuff they are gonna
have to steal it from you.
Do not fight with them. Be polite but tell them that it is
your responsibility as an American to educate them on the
law. Do not sign anything voluntarily. Ask them "what is
going to happen to me if I don't." Usually they threaten you
with not being able to leave. If you want to get out, sign

The case of the vanishing case…
In Olympia, Washington I had been arrested with my
recorder running, for no Driver’s License, no Registration,
and No insurance. The only ID I gave was the contract offer
card. The Oly cop clipped my card to her lapel and
proceeded to question me. In her police report, she stated
that that was the only ID I gave here and photocopied it
into evidence.
The recorder was rolling in the jail when I informed them
that my corporation name and fingerprints were
copyrighted trade secrets and they said “I know, and I’m
going to take them anyway.”
The ticket into the jail was for Sovereign: Godsent but the
name on the docket was the store my momma ran.
I had sold my momma’s birth record corporation to my
girlfriend for fifty bucks so she went in with the copyright
in her possession, demanding the clerk settle the claim with
her. The judge said that there had been a no-show and the
DA said “What case? Oh, that’s been dropped.”
No case, no warrant, no nothing. I didn’t even have to show
up! Who says the sovereign immunity doesn’t work in this
country?

Why don’t I want a Lawyer?
"The right of a person under the 5th Amendment to refuse
to incriminate himself is purely a personal privilege of the
witness. It was never intended to permit him to plead the
fact that some third person might be incriminated by his
testimony, even though he was the agent of such person." -Hale v. Henkel, 201 U.S. 43.
Not only that, but if you allow anyone to "represent you",
instead of being "the belligerent claimant in person" (Hale v
Henkel, i.s.c.), you become a "ward of the court". Why?
Because obviously, if someone else has to defend your rights
for you, you must be incompetent! Clients are called
"wards" of the court in regard to their relationship with
their attorneys. See a copy of "Regarding Lawyer Discipline
& Other Rules", as well as Canons 1 through 9.
Also, see Corpus Juris Secundum (CJS), Volume 7,
Section 4, Attorney & client:
"The attorney's first duty is to the courts and the public, not
to the client and wherever the duties to his client conflict
with those he owes as an officer of the court in the
administration of justice, the former must yield to the
latter." (emphasis mine)
Lord Yeshua the Christ said in Luke 11:52
"Woe unto you lawyers for ye have taken away the key of
knowledge; ye entered not in yourselves, and them that
were entering in ye hindered."
And also in Matt 23:13,33 (NIV)
"You shut the kingdom of heaven in men's faces. You
yourselves do not enter, nor will you let those enter who are
trying to ... How will you escape being condemned to hell?"

Lawyers cannot defend your rights because they are
franchisees of the English bar association, a corporation
that licenses its franchisees and regulates their activities.
All a lawyer can do is get the master of the ship to go easy
on you if you confess to the fiction claim against you. A
lawyer will not help you prove your sovereignty for fear of
being disbarred. The United States Supreme Court has
ruled that the only person who can claim his rights is the
belligerent claimant in person. To effectively accomplish
this you must be able to establish the record with certifiable
knowledge of the law.
“The privilege against self-incrimination is neither accorded
to the passive resistant [Jesus style], nor the person who is
ignorant of his rights, nor to one indifferent thereto. It is a
fighting clause. Its benefits can be retained only by
sustained combat. It can not be retained by attorney or
solicitor. It is valid only when insisted upon by a belligerent
claimant in person...once he testifies to part, he has waived
his...he must refuse to answer or produce, and test the
matter in contempt proceedings, or by habeas corpus.”
US v Johnson, 76 F. Supp 538, 540 (1947).
The "Real-World" Example:
The Frederick, Maryland kidnapping of the baby: We can
recall from the Lawrence case that this girl has cross
examined cops before, and knows how to enter evidence to
the record of the court. So she went into the FREDERICK,
MARYLAND DISTRICT JUVENILE COURT with a script
and a game-plan.
The judge asked four times consecutively, “Are you sure you
don’t want a court appointed attorney???”
Her only reply was “That she was with TITLE 42 SEC.
1986 certifiable knowledge of the law and that she will
be representing the name on the docket of the court.”
The Attorney for the state went blah, blah, blah, and when
the young Mother cross-examined the cops she ripped the
cop to shreds like a Momma eagle feeds little strips of
bloody rabbit flesh to her baby eagles. She turned it into a
trial of the State where the cop confessed that he committed
at least two felonies. She asked him these questions:

What’s your rank?
Who do you work for?
How do you get paid?
Is that in the form of a bank check, direct deposit?
Would that be considered commerce?
When you were hired, did you take an oath to
uphold the Constitution for the United States of
America?
Right about there is where the State’s case started breaking
down, because the cop said, “I took an oath but I don’t know
if it was for America.” – busted!!! --The judge stepped in and
said “every public servant has to take an oath! Did you get a
warrant to enter the motor home?!?” and “This is a perfectly
competent mother with more care and attention to detail
than any other I’ve ever seen. I’m going to order that the
State release the child back to the mother immediately.”
Co-incidentally, the Attorney for the State approached me
and said that he had spent quite a bit of time at my web
site and he handed me a hardbound copy of “Constitutional
Law” from his personal library.
The judge’s personal assistant found the Mom at a
restaurant later that day and spent half an hour with her

over lunch just to tell her that the judge was totally
impressed, and that has never happened in the history of
FREDERICK, MARYLAND DISTRICT JUVENILE
COURT with the suspended rules where anything the judge
says goes. She said that the STATE always holds a child for
a minimum of 30 days and that this is the first time in the
court’s history that any one has ever proven that the
STATE has no claim, Especially a 22-year old single mom.
I guran-freakin-tee that a lawyer won’t do that for you!
So fire him and move on to the next section!
27. Certifiable Knowledge of the Law
The courts are designed to be a way to resolve disputes in a
nonviolent manner. If you cannot maintain a level head
and be civil you have no business speaking to the record of
the court. You will only frustrate yourself and anger the
court. You must get familiar with the rules of procedure.
Over the years, a body of rules has become standardized
and compiled into the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure
or Title 28 U.S.C.S. - F.R.C.P.
With the Title 42: Ch. 21: Sec. 1986 Certifiable
knowledge of the law you can enter the truth of the facts
for the claim on the record of the court and give the court
the opportunity to stop, correct and dismiss a fiction claim
against the fiction name on the docket of the court.
Law must be argued prior to entering a plea. Once a plea is
entered only the facts may be argued. If you enter a plea
you venue with the court.
There are really only three steps to proving your case:

Proof of Human status and national origin –
including the Declaration of Sovereignty and Claim
for the Life and other documents which differentiate
you from the fictional “STRAWMAN”.
The facts and laws on the record.
Invoking the rules of procedure for noticing the
court.
The Uniform Commercial Code and The Federal
Rules of Civil Procedure bind all of the courts to a
standard of fair play. Once you have proved to the record
that you are not the “STRAWMAN” you can bind the court
with the TITLE 42:ch. 21: sec. 1986 CERTIFIABLE
KNOWLEDGE OF THE LAW and the F.R.C.P.: which is
the whole of TITLE 28 of the federal code; otherwise known
as the Federal Rules.

Remember The International Law of the Flag Treaty
- Imagine that you are the captain of a ship at sea; you
must fly a flag to identify your country of origin; the STATE
is under a FOREIGN FLAG and they want to capture you
although you cannot let them.
The Law of the Flag, an International Law, which is
recognized by every nation of the planet, is defined as:
" .. a rule to the effect that a vessel is a part of the
territory of the nation whose flag she flies. The term is
used to designate the RIGHTS under which a ship
owner, who sends his vessel into a foreign port, gives
notice by his flag to all who enter into contracts with
the ship master that he intends the Law of that Flag to
regulate those contracts, and that they must either
submit to its operation or not contract with him or his
agent at all." Ref.: Ruhstrat v. People, 57 N.E. 41
Remember Title 18 U.S.C. Ch.1, sec. 9 Vessel of the
United States defined?
Now, look at the courtroom in this context, as a vessel. The
courthouse is in fact a foreign port, and the courtrooms are,
by the “doctrine of the four cornering” dry docked Vessels of
the United States where, if you board the master’s ship
(cross the bar/rail) without correcting for the name,
declaring your sovereignty, and your country of origin by
your flag you are captured by his crew and you are under
his command by “tacit admission”.
Tacit -- Existing, inferred, or understood without being
openly expressed or stated; implied by silence or silent
acquiescence, as a tacit agreement or tacit understanding.
Done or made in silence, implied or indicated, but not
actually expressed. Manifested by the refraining from
contradiction or objection; inferred from the situation and
circumstance, in the absence of express matter. (Black's
Law Dictionary 6th Ed.)
Tacit admissions -- An acknowledgment or concession of a
fact inferred from either silence or from the substance of
what one has said.
Maxim of Law -- "Tacita quaedam habentur pro expressis"

Capture the Flag

The military trains their soldiers with WAR GAMES and
the object of these games, oftentimes with real, live rounds
is to capture the other team’s flag. When two nations go to
war, the object of the game is to capture the other guy's
flag. When you go onto foreign soil, you take the other guy's
flag down and put yours up. In this way you have captured
the other guy's territory and put it under the law
(Constitution) of your flag. Simple: Mosque, Cross, Flag,
Law.
Sun Tzu, the ancient Chinese philosopher and general, said
that when the Art of War is brought to its highest pinnacle,

the enemy will be conquered without the opposing armies
ever having met in the field. Skillfully using the art of
deception and skillful use of agents to infiltrate the enemy’s
government may conquer the enemy without the enemy
even knowing that it had been conquered.
So just bring your TITLE 4 U.S.C.S. CH. 1, SEC.1 FLAG of
a bona-fide nation into the magistrate's de-facto maritime
tribunal with the corporation flag of a court of court martial
and you have lawfully captured his vessel with the flag of a
bona-fide nation. At that point he is technically under your
command and must honor his oath to uphold the
constitution which protects you! You basically force him to
turn it into a court of the constitution or drop it.
With the original contract offer in the police report, and the
Charter Vessel Claim for the Life contract, your Religious
Declaration of Sovereignty contract, Copyclaim of the Name
contract, UCC Asseveration contract and any notice
contracts for the Governor, Secretary of State, and the red,
white and blue TITLE 4 FLAG contract with the birthright
inheritance to the organic Constitution for the fifty
American States united contract, you have provided
everything that the court would ever need to acknowledge
your sovereignty and lose the case. Since public servants
have taken an oath to uphold this very Constitution and
their authority only extends to Vessels of the United States
engaged in commerce, once they are with the “knowledge of
the law” they must stand down. Failure to do so is a
violation of the Sovereign Immunity Act and an act of war
on the American union.
Capitulation -- the act or agreement of surrendering upon
negotiated or simulated terms.

You want to prepare a packet of all the evidence ahead of
time and send it with the letter to the judge registered mail
return receipt and prosecution certified mail return receipt.
This would include your Declaration of Sovereignty, Claim
for the Life, Flag Laws, Demand for Correction, recording of
the stop with transcript, presentments (tickets), unsigned
jail documents, bond signed under threat of slavery and
paid in Postal Money Order, vessel ransom paid in Postal
Money Order, and any other evidence of extortion,
kidnapping or facts that apply to the case.
Do not dis the judge! Don't even speak to him. Speak to the
stenographer and use the rules of procedure to enter the
truth, the facts and the law on the record of the court. All
that matters is what's on the record so don't take or make
things personal.
If you have the right strategy, you can snatch the case away
from the DA by closing it with a no contest entered by the
sovereign owner/agent on behalf of the client, the
copyrighted name on the docket. With the stupid ticket out
of the way the human can bill for time and services
rendered and sue for default and any damages incurred by
public servants or the corporation-State.
30.
To Plea or Not to Plea?
That is the question: “The contract offer”. To Plea is to
admit something happened. Once you enter a plea or accept

Re-Presentation, you enter the jurisdiction of the court and
waive all of your rights.
By now you should be getting familiar with the
documentation on the CD. Read the demand for correction
in its entirety and understand.
If you are asked by a Judge to enter a plea and you answer,
it constitutes venue with the court. Instead you want to tell
him that you don’t understand the language of the court. It
doesn't matter if he gets emotional, because the record is
what will go to the higher court, not the judge, so you want
it to be sparkling with the facts, the law and the truth.
You should rehearse this statement and know it by heart:
“I do not understand the language of the jurisdiction
foreign but I am appearing specially and not
generally with the Title 42 U.S.C.: ch.21 :sec. 1986
certifiable knowledge of the law with the Rule 10(a)
for the correction of the name and the Rule 60(b) for
the discovery and the rule 26(e) for the reporting of
the fraud. My name is (upper and lowercase) FirstMiddle:Last and I am with the Title 4 U.S.C.: ch.1: sec.
1 Civilian Flag of the unity-States of our
world(America).”
Then you can ask if the fine for the breach of contract is to
be paid in FEDERAL RESERVE BANK notes or
Constitutionally mandated gold coins.
If he asks you any specific questions, reply with one of
these:
“You want me to make a legal determination about
that and I cannot do it or am not qualified to do so. I
am not a judge or a member of the bar.”
“Are you making a solicitation with intent to defraud
me? Please when dealing with me always put your
offers in writing.”
“Your offer or your statement is not applicable to me
and you are time barred from the date of my filing.”
“Mr. _______ I am not required to testify against
myself. What does the record show that I have filed?”
...And continue reading the law to the record right from
where you left off.
31.Threatened With Contempt

( ! , !AB that the court is supposed to be a neutral place where
people come to settle their differences in a civilized (hence
the term civil) manner; kind of like a game of tennis.
Unfortunately, they are more often used like a racket to
collect money to pay back debt. The government is
bankrupt and owes immensely to the Federal Reserve
Bank, and the World Bank, so it has an interest in the
collection of debts by its franchisees. The position of the
“wishful elite” is that if the peasants can’t afford a degree,
then they can be exploited, taxed and billed to pay back
student loans and corporate debt. Most Statute books
provide for the District Attorney for each county to be
responsible for the disbursement of the fines and court

costs, under private contract, at his discretion. So now you
know who’s responsible for the back-alley deals.
One thing you must realize is that bringing these laws and
facts to the record of the court shakes the very foundation
upon which these people base their careers. They study for
so many years to learn how to take advantage of the
working class people and here you go, into their port with a
superior flag and crush their ambition.
So it’s a wonder you are not threatened with contempt of
court more often!
If you are threatened with contempt you can keep steady
composure by asking for a C"!!"ermination on the
record !! !,!
puts the judge on the spot and forces him to confess onto
the record of the court what the jurisdiction of the court is.
If the answer is civil, ask to that '",+
% judge
answers criminal, ask “who is the injured
party?”, “what is the crime?”, and “who is making the
complaint?”
This strategy really works and it binds the judge into
making a judicial determination on the record of the court
as to the nature of the venue and can get you out of a
contempt charge.
32. Taking Kangaroos to Federal Court
Sue the bastards if they damage you!
damaged or your rights are violated you should sue; It’s
called a !51.
!Deprivation of Rights
under Color of Law. An example of deprivation of rights
under color of law is, when you notice a policeman of your
sovereignty and he arrests you just because he is too stupid
to respect you, or when a judge threatens you with
imprisonment if you don’t sign a contract.
You are going to bring your immaculate record of the entire
case with you by a subpoena. The record is all that really
matters at this point because whether you appeal a decision
or sue, the record is what the higher courts look at to make
their decision.
Ultimately the UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT is
just another trial court under the TITLE 28 FEDERAL
RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE.
There is a little book you can get at AMAZON.COM called
SECTION 1983 in a nutshell. That's a pretty good place to
start. Get on the Internet and search with "title 42 sec
1983" and get familiarized with how this works. And we
have included two forms for filing a Title 42 case on the CD.
It is a good Idea to find a coach, someone who has already
sued who can walk you through the process.
Usually if you file it right and the record is in your favor,
the judge will recommend that the STATE write you a

check. Don't take their first offer, your rights are worth a
minimum of 3.2 million and you can easily get half of what
you are suing for. If your case gets dismissed, don’t get
discouraged, just petition for re-opening with appropriate
amendments.

cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses
against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining
witnesses in his favor, and to have the assistance of counsel
for his defense.
Amendment VII
In suits at common law, where the value in controversy
shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall
be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise
reexamined in any court of the United States, than
according to the rules of the common law.
Amendment VIII
Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines
imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.
Amendment IX
The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights,
shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained
by the people.
Amendment X
The powers not delegated to the United States by the
Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved

Rights that existed antecedent to the law (before the law
existed) cannot be removed by the law when they are
guaranteed by the source of the law itself.
