To access the secure PC banking
section of the website you first have
to identify yourself to the system.
You can log on from any page in
the website. Click on the ‘Log on’
button 1 top right on the homepage. Connect for the first time

Once the card has been inserted
correctly, the card reader will
display the following information:
'M1 INFO M2'.

If this information is not displayed,
remove your card from the reader
and check that you are inserting it
correctly.

4 Press the 'M1' key. The word
'CHALLENGE?' is displayed on the
screen.
5 Enter the 8-digit code displayed
by PC banking. Press the 'OK' key.
The word 'PIN?' is displayed on
the screen.
6 Enter the 4-digit PIN for your
card (your usual PIN) and then
press 'OK'.
The word 'RESPONSE' is displayed
on the screen, immediately followed
by the electronic signature.
7 Enter this number (maximum
8 digits, with no spaces) on the PC
banking screen in the 'Electronic
signature' box to identify yourself.
To finish, click on ‘Confirm’.
Log in
to PC banking.
Before you start, make sure you
have your card reader, your bank
card and your customer number
ready.
1 Enter your customer number.
This is the unique ten-digit personal
number (xxxxx xxxxx) shown on your
bank card. You can also request this
number by following the 'Forgot your
number?' link on the login screen.
3 Insert your card into the card
reader in the direction of the white
arrow and with the chip facing
you. The card reader will switch
on immediately.

a few seconds or when you remove your card.

Once you have logged on, your
name, secure accounts and personal messages will be displayed.
After this, you will stay logged on
to PC banking. If you want to find
some information on our website,
you can always click on one of the
areas of interest in the menu on
the left-hand side. Afterwards you
can continue to work in PC banking
simply by clicking on the 'Your PC
banking' tab.

as ‘Accounts and cards’, ‘Save and
invest’, 'Lending' and 'Insurance'.

When you click on a specific
theme 1 , a list is displayed 2
of the most commonly used PC
banking transactions for that
domain.
In the Save and invest domain,
you can manage and analyse
your entire investment portfolio
(Custody account, Savings
and Deposit accounts, Virtual
portfolios, etc.).
PC banking is structured around a number
of specific themes
Are you looking for a different
transaction?
If so, click on ‘All functions’ 3
and all the possibilities will be
displayed. The layout of the menu
varies according to the domain.
In the Accounts and cards domain,
you can check your current and savings accounts, perform transfers,
manage your standing orders or
memo date transfers, monitor your
credit card expenditure, open a savings account, print your account
statements, and lots more besides.
You can also access detailed information on securities, place stock
market orders, subscribe to funds
and bank savings certificates,
open a custody account or a pension s­ avings account, or perform a
variety of investment simulations.
In the Lending domain, you can
display an itemised summary of
your loans. You can also perform
loan simulations based on your
personal situation.
Left-hand menu: ‘Your bank’.
This includes the following

The 'Disconnect-button' allows you
to exit your PC banking session
securely.
For your security, you will be automatically disconnected from your
account after ten minutes without
activity.
It is displayed in the menu in the
upper right of your screen, whichever page you happen
to be on.
