relax in the “carré des simples”, the name given to their garden by
monks of the Middle Ages for a tranquil aromatic organic garden
protected by high hedges. the “simple” plants were cultivated for
use in apothecary remedies. in the experimental garden, aromatic
plants of Provence are grown organically and have provided a
natural biodiversity for 25 years, much to the delight of butterflies
and ladybirds!
