Your enrolment is purely on commission basis. You will be paid commission per plot/flat on the Basic Selling Prize (BSP) of the company’s listed
priced from the time as per company’s commission structure. If the plot/flat area is more or less, the commission will be apportioned accordingly.
Your services will be under guidance and control of your sponsor. The service include site visits co-ordination, orientation of the project, customer
service, support through sales collaterals and various other initiatives helpful in selling.
You will be promoted to the next cadre / designation as soon as you achieved the target. The target will be calculated as individual or team sales as a whole.
You can also recruit a team below you and will be paid over riding commission on your team sales.
You have to market plots/flats as per the terms and conditions for the customers of PS Rao Housing & Resorts (P) Ltd. You also have to achieve the
targets as fixed by the company from the time to be entitled for the various benefits including increase in the basic commissions, travel fund, gifts,
business development fund & various other promotions, subject to tax deduction at source & all other relevant taxes and duties.
In all the matters not mentioned herein, you shall be governed by the rules or practices of the company related to engagement on commission basis
in force from time to time.
Any violation of the rules of parcices of the company will result in termination without notice, and all the existing & future payment to be made will be
completely forfeited thereafter.
The senior marketing team members will be completely responsible and liable for cash payments made without obtaining signed official receipts and
payments made to unauthorized persons in their respective teams. Payments should be made strictly at our office or to our authorized collection
executives holding photograph affixed identity cards and against signed official receipts.
In case of unavoidable circumstances, the company reserves the right to re-allot the designations, commission, targets and other strategic decisions
in the best interest of the company.
Nobody is authorized to make any promise or commitment other that those mentioned under the terms and conditions of the company and its
literature including plot/flat allotment and payment conditions. This is a serious offence and will result in termination with immediate effect.
The company reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions as and when required.
Each & every cheque / D.D. should be drawn in favour of PSRAO housing & resorts (P) Ltd., payble at Hyderabad / Vijayawada. Financial mismanagement will lead to severe consiquence.

New application needs to be validated by team leader and concerned officer in the company.
ID No. once created is for life time and no changes like change in ID No. or chage in hierarchy are permitted.
The exaltaion in discounts, offers, gifts, schemes etc., other that those mentioned in the brochure of the company will be treated as a serious offence
damaging the company / product’s brand image.
Any kind of poaching, tampering & cross information will not be tolerated under any circumstance.
Any kind of wrong information, financial mis-appropriation will be considered a very serious offence with severe punishment including termination of services.
Sale only belongs to the associate who has taken the prospective customer for a SITE - VISIT investing his/her time, treasure and talent along with witness as :
(A) A duly filled “Site Visit Organizing Slip” Signed by Customer / Site co-ordinator / Cab Driver
(B) Documented evidence in the SITE REGISTER.

It is mandatory that at every cadre they should recruit / have a minimum of 5 members under their immediate down line.
Commissions are paid on a monthly basis.
All Promotions are calculated on acquired points during its calendar year i.e. 1st January to 31st December.
Each of the point (Rs. 1000/-) is worthy and valuable.
Promotions are calculated on 60-40 ratio i.e. not more than 60% of the points are taken from any one team.
Unless the seniors render adequate support to their junior associates they (seniors) will not be elegible to receive their gap commission (commission on team)
It is also mandatory that out of these 5 immediate down line cadres 3 should draw their M.F.A. to make the senior eligible to claim his/her M.F.A. and Incentive.
When a junior associate reaches the senior’s target the company takes out 5% from his income and pays the same to his senior on monthly basis.
The company provides a one time retirement fund of Rs. 9 lacks and a royal pension for a period of 5 years.
