Jarid Lundeen is a third generation automotive service retailer and owns three Tires Plus Total Car
Care locations. They are Bridgestone Affiliated dealerships offering extensive automotive repair services.
Jarid has created a bold presence on the web, offering online coupons, promotions, education, maintenance
reminders and social media connections to his customers. The Tires Plus brand has succeeded with forward
thinking, which Jarid embodies with his business.

As a growing independent tire dealer and full service center with multiple locations, Tires Plus was
using a software system that was making it difficult for them to grow and add new stores. Each location ran
an independent system, so operations, inventory and reporting were not connected, nor could Jarid see a

In the fast moving tire industry, it’s imperative to know where your inventory is, all the time, and what it’s priced
at so you can protect your margin. You need to know what is making money, so you can incent your people
to push certain products. Even with that knowledge, one store can be entirely different from the other.
CornerStone provides control to call the right shots, manage inventory levels and control margins. They can
add new part numbers on the fly, adjust prices based on the last cost of the product and do it across all locations
from a single system view. Jarid can also define how inventory is organized on his profit and loss statement,

Jarid has big plans for the future including new stores, expanding service offerings and using exciting new
technologies. He anticipates managing his quick lube department using an iPad to gather customer data at
the curb when the customer arrives. “The mobility will be a huge plus,” Jarid notes.
