On Tuesday, May 24, 2016 the Greater Manlius Chamber of Commerce
presented checks to Linda Napier
from F-M Community Outreach, Phil
Huller and Judith Lucht from
Heaven’s Pantry and Kate Houck
from David’s Refuge. The monies
donated to each organization were
from funds raised during the silent
and live auctions at the 2016 Spring
Dinner Auction held in April. Also
present at the check presentation was
Marcia Philipp, Spring Dinner Chairperson, Judy Dardzinski, Chamber
President and Dave Jones.
The ANNUAL GMCOC HEALTHY LIFESTYLE &
WELLNESS FAIR is coming in October, and we are
looking for volunteers for the committee at this time. The
committee will meet once a month in July and August,
then weekly in September. The Healthy Living Fair will
be held in October at the Manlius Village Centre. For
information, please contact the Chamber Office
or Committee Chairperson, Marc Baum at

We are looking for some FUN Chamber members
to help CREATE the 2016 SHOP SMALL HOLIDAY CAMPAIGN
Planning needs to start soon! The season starts in October this year and we need members
to help grow the program and make it more noticeable in OUR community.
If you are interested in joining the committee, please contact Jen at the Chamber office.
We will email volunteers to coordinate a date and time for our first 2016 meeting.

Every Saturday 9-4 in Cannon Park
We are recruiting volunteers to help pick strawberries
which will be sold at our strawberry stand, local farm stands,
markets and restaurants. This volunteer opportunity is ideal
for groups of volunteers, such as students, churches,
businesses and youth organizations. We anticipate a need
for workers from the beginning of June through the first
week of July; volunteer hours are 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. weekdays
and 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekends.
To the F-M Rotary & FM High School design and technology
classes for their joint efforts in creating new benches for
Manlius’ Bicentennial Park!
